The flight supposed to arrive around 11 pm but was delayed and delayed and delayed. I was in constant communication with Xavier and he had infinite patience. I didn't get out of the Birmingham airport until 1:30 am but he was ready for me and took me straight to my hotel in Tuscaloosa. He seemed like a really interesting person with lots of stories to tell; normally I would have had a conversation with him but I needed to get some sleep because I had early morning appointments in Tuscaloosa. As bad as my flights had been, everything with Crown was smooth smooth smooth; I would definitely use their service again.

One hour and twenty-seven minutes later she was still in Tuscaloosa picking up seven other passengers. We understood the possibility existed it could be a ride-share with someONE else. This led us to believe it could be two parties total, one other and our daughter. The dictionary defines 'someone' as singular, not plural. Lesson learned, we'll make sure to have all potential scenarios understood in the future. Made it to flight on-time, but disappointing experience.
