When I was told that it would take 5 to 20 minutes. I was also told the the driver would contact me upon arrival. The driver NEVER CONTACTED ME. AND REPORTED BY TO THEIR HEAD QUARTERS THAT THEY'D ALREADY PICK ME UP. I was tired and very cold standing out there waiting on a cab that actually drove past me. Then lied saying that I'd been picked up. I had to call back two more times to order another cab before I actually got one.

Birmingham is a smaller city so this was the only MAJOR event going on that day. My boyfriend and I were so hot and decided to call it a night and call a cab. We asked to be picked up at Moe's BBQ, there is only one location in the downtown area and the operator had no clue where we were talking about. You should probably learn the area before becoming a dispatcher. So on the day of a MAJOR event in Birmingham I find it extremely unacceptable they had no cab to pick us up. Also, we left way before the event was even over so it's not like a ton of the attendees were looking for cabs simultaneously. As a result we walked two miles home risking our safety because of this incompetent company. If zero stars were an option, they deserve that.
