I called the clinic and asked if I could come by to have some eyes on it. I was told I needed an appointment and the next available was 4/6/26. I then sent photos on MyChart to the dermatologist. Meanwhile I went to my PCP and it was definitely infected. He took a culture (tested positive) and started me on oral and topical antibiotics. He said it was a good thing I came in when I did. The next day I heard from Frontier because I had left a message and sent the photos. I was told on the phone that my wound was fine and to put Neosporin on it. I would not trust this clinic and would not go again. Anytime you mention an infection in a wound you should be seen right away by any doctor doing there job correctly.

So I called again and Yvonne reassured me that it was normal but scheduled me to come in again today to get laser on my lips to help even more with the bruising. The only con I have about this place is it's sometimes hard to understand Dr. Lin, not in a drastic way to where you would feel uncomfortable not knowing what he's doing or saying but you definitely have to focus on him to get the whole picture.
