Having not seen my car yet, he kept most things/pricing rather vague - but honestly, as long as he wasn't outlandishly far above the average estimate; it was a done deal. His personable approach, unlimited time, and willingness to field any/all of my questions was unparalleled. It was extraordinarily refreshing after my first few estimates and past experiences. From start to finish, the attention and care that I (and my car) was given was incredible. My perception of the standard auto related experience, has been far surpassed...Acme raised the bar. The work itself was also flawless. Further augmenting my experience, they repaired a relatively nasty scratch I had on the opposite side of the vehicle, stating "it was easy enough considering we had the materials/labor in action for the collision repair". I would recommend his service to anyone. He told me to drop it off on Monday or Tuesday and he would have it ready by Thursday. The only hold up was the compound he needed to use on the car. I did see it on Thursday, and it looked great!!! He just needed to finish with the buffing of the hood and give it to me. True to form, the car was ready for Thursday but needed to wait until Friday to pick it up. NICE JOB!!!
