They say timing is everything, and it just so happened that when I called the owner (Robert) he said his son/employee (Jake) was in my nabe and offered to send him right over for a free estimate. Jake is super knowledgeable and friendly, first we chatted about rugs, movies and other stuff. Then we agreed on a reasonable price for cleaning and a new rug pad, and my dirty rugs were whisked away. Jake stayed in touch over the week and even sent me a Youtube video of the rugs being cleaned! Just got the rugs back and they look and smell fantastic, can hardly recognize them (in a good way).
