As a customer of hy tone for YEARS, I adore chris, and I know she never let's a missing button go unnoticed. She will always tape my extra buttons to my ticket with a marker circling it & if there are missing buttons, she'll bring out that giant, bottomless box of buttons she has from behind the tailors counter find you a new, free, button. Everyone knows this is just how it's done here. And yes, I take it personally because I've known this woman for years, and my children and friends all agree that no one knows clothes like the tailor here. I have brought in 3 wedding dresses, countless high-end gowns, expensive jeans and silk tops.
