The people that work at this laundromat are extremely ignorant. Let's begin there. When they make…read morean error, for example, your clothes are washed with other clothes that stain them and you return to rectify the situation they look at you like you are the problem. Like you should be "happy" that you have to waste your time when you are paying them to PROFESSIONALLY wash your clothes to come back and ask for them to mend the issue. This is a place that has no signage no address on the door. There is a generic broken sign on the roof that doesn't clearly display their name. There is only one reason to go here the prices are lower but guess what you have to pay cash because they do not take cc and the service doesn't even reflect a discounted price because you have to put up with poor service and miscommunication due to the language barrier and issues with not performing the service in an adequate manner and then being judged for saying hey can you rectify the fact that my white sweater now has dark streaks on it?? It's like it's too much trouble for them to fix the mistake they made. The final straw was the asking me why I came back if I wasn't happy. She is not the sharpest tool in the shed. Because of the price; it certainly isn't your skillset. She told me this after they handed me a replacement laundry bag because they gave away my nice fabric shiner good quality laundry bag to someone else and put my bag in a plastic bag. Again is this my fault???? This is what I mean by people that are ignorant. I simply asked for a better quality bag because they misadvertized on their walll that they sell 100% nylon bags for $8. I hadn't seen that when the previous worker handed me the cheap replacement bag so I was just inquiring that's all BUT because the workers can't comprehend English thoroughly they called the manager who then accused me of insinuating that they stole my bag. Obviously someone f..Ed up but I never once used that language. Then she said well if you're not happy why are you back. That was it. When I asked for the name of the place neither her nor her worker would give it to me. What is with this hidden business name? News flash as a customer I have a right to review your establishment and the fact that there is no address on the door or a sign that is readable makes me even wonder if this is a legitimate business. If our country wasn't being run by a lunatic racist tyrant I would most definitely have put in a formal report about the business however no I am not as ignorant as the people who own this business and would not cause anything abhorrent to happen over stupid and a laundry bag. Finally she kept harping on the fact that I brought in a thin blanket regarding use of a plastic bag but they always do that regardless of having a blanket. They always don't use the second laundry bag and put it inside the other laundry bag. Why are they using plastic bags when I provide my own laundry bags?? Again zero logic. If they had used my own bag guess what it wouldn't have gone missing and no there was zero reason to not use my own bags because there was plenty of room. So as you can surmise NO I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS Cr...y dump of a laundromat.

I used the two larger dryers. put one set of clothes in one and one in another and then 36 minutes to dry. Well, one dryer did the job and the other, my clothes were still wet. I saw the attendant and told him. That I do not think this dryer is working right. His first words were to apologize then refunded me the money I put in so I could use another machine. He was polite and professional. He did not check the machine until after my clothes were settled and my money refunded. Every business will run into problems how they are handled is what is important. Great job here. This place is a bit out of my way but worth the trip. I will be back,

They also squeezed in alterations for my sisters 3 days prior to the wedding. They are always honest about whether or not they think they can get a stain out and if it's worth paying to do so or not and I appreciate them for this! I am on my way to bring my dress and husbands suit back to be cleaned. Couldn't recommend more!

He said "the driver, Mike" will call to arrange pick up. He called a few minutes later, I told him to knock/ring and I'll get him the bags. I brought two of the three bags out and popped back inside to grab a third. When I came back, the bags were gone. No knock/ring or "hey, can I take these?" Nothing, just gone. Then 2 minutes later I get a text from some other named laundry company, telling me I have to Venmo or Zelle him $48. WHAT???? He hadn't even had time to weigh the bags. I had spoken on the phone to TWO men. They said nothing of any of this. They were changing the terms of the agreement. I called Elio on the store phone line, or so I thought. He then told me he sold the company to Mike the driver, and deal with him. He said that he is just doing the laundry work for Mike, but it's Mike's company now. Then he told me he isn't in the store, or even in the state. I tell him I don't like deal being changed, and I don't have their payment methods, and to just bring the bags back. He told me I will have to PAY THEIR MINIMUM, $25 to get my clothing back!!!!! When I objected, he started mouthing off to me. I hung up and called the local Police, who sent a car over. They took care of it. The infractions were clear: - They took the bags without notice (not even all the bags I had) - They changed the agreement after the fact. - They tried to create an illegal bailment with my property. You can't make this stuff up!
