I had 12 bags of laundry to wash, yes I'm bad with laundry. I called and they said come on in. I head over to drop off everything and the owner, I believe her name was "Melinda or Melissa " sorry if I'm wrong, was there to greet me and started weighing the bags as I brought them in. Very sweet person. I said take your time as this is a ton of clothes. She gave me the price and I said great. Now, I am expecting a call in like 2-3 days to pick up the clothes, well literally less than 24 hours later everything is washed, dried, and folded!!!! I was like "DAAAAAMN!". I went and picked them up. She also gave me a break on the blanket washing price as well. Great work on separating by sizes for the kids and between my wife's clothes and mine. Three Boys Laundromat - Me and my 12 bags of laundry pre wash - Laundromat Near Me - East Meadow, New York

I went there for the first and last time today, 1/11/24. They only have three large capacity washers and one was out of order. Several of the smaller washers were out of order as well. I had to wait for the two working large washers because someone was already using them. I waited for the loads to finish and of course the person using them was not in the Laundromat. I asked the attendant to remove the clothes because there is a sign posted advising that unattended laundry will be removed. She refused to remove them saying that she is afraid of people yelling at her. I told her I would remove them and she said that I couldn't. Really? I told her I am here ready to wash my comforters and I'm upset and pointed to the sign. She went on to tell me that I'm only washing comforters and this is my first time here and the people that left the clothes unattended are "regular" customers. What sense does that make?! The people using the machines eventually showed up and I was able to wash my items. I won't be coming back, by the way if you select the "deep clean" cycle it's .50 cents more, there is no sign that indicates that. read more

the worst!!!! nicole and dime pos laundry what laundromat mat makes you give your hangers back and has no credit card machine. i just paid to stand there and remove all my clothes from the hangers open the other bag to hunt for my other laundry bag and then my atm card got eaten by the damn atm machine so i had to pay by venmo when that is exactly what i did not want to do. what year is it?? are we living in the stone age? never again!! read more

If I could give 0 stars to this laundry service I would. I sent my laundry out yesterday out of necessity - my washer and dryer broke, and I have a huge build up of laundry as I wait for the new machines to be delivered. There is only one person who does pickup and delivery and apparently he has no cell phone to be reached while he was out. When my laundry was picked up (late) yesterday, I was told I would have it back by 3pm today. I have been waiting 2.5 hours now, and no closer to having my laundry being delivered. I have called numerous times, and been told that he is out for delivery, does not have my laundry with him to deliver, and they don't know when he will be back to pick up and drop off my clothes. In my last call, I was trying to explain that I need to go out soon, and was told I can go out, and they will call me when he is on his way. I'm not going out to come running back home for him! I don't know how my laundry turned out yet, but the service is absolutely horrendous! Never ever ever again. read more

This is my first time using Three Boys Laundromat in East Meadow and I am extremely pleased. I have my own washing machine and dryer, but my queen size winter comforter is too large to fit in either. I dropped it off yesterday and picked it up today. It was bagged nicely and the woman(I'm sorry I didn't ask her name) folded it as compactly as possible for summer storage. She was very lovely and I will definitely go back there whenever I have any large items that can't be cleaned at home. The laundromat is very clean and the service is excellent and reasonably priced. read more

Great little place.... The washers and dryers are newer models. Place is VERY clean. Some TV's to watch if you like. Great that there is a parking lot in the back with an entry right there so you don't need to park on the street. Would go back anytime.... read more

The owner is rude and dumb. I was told I can't use the dryer to dry my clothes. My dryer broke and I'm waiting for my delivery of the dryer to arrive. I washed my clothes in my washing machine at home and decided to dry my clothes at this local laundromat. Apparently, I can't do that in this laundromat. Stupid policy. Who ever needs a local laundromat to go to don't try this location. I'm sure there are other local laundromat who won't scream at other potential customers. read more
