It is a populair restaurant on a lovely little square almost hidden from tourist crowds. The best meal i had in Bosa and one of the best i had in Sardinie. Especially the eggplant sidedish is very good and tastefull and the Zuppa di cozze is fingerlickin' good. As main course i had the roasted pork fresh out of the oven. One of the best i've ever had. Be aware that this last dish is just the pork meat and nothing else. The staff was very friendly and helpfull to translate the italian menu card.

This is a fine Sardinian restaurant with excellent cuisine. We had the Menu Terra. A specialty…read moreantipasta here is the seadas, a cheese filled frittata. Ours was filled with a mild Gorgonzola. Pancetta was used differently and well in both the antipasta and the pasta. The pasta was a perfectly cooked linguine with zucchini and eggplant. The wine selection was limited, and the house wine was barely adequate but priced appropriately. The restaurant is small, intimate and in an ancient building in the lower part of the Old Town. Service was pleasant, attentive and spoke English. Prices were consistent with the more well-known restaurants in Bosa.

I feel like a bit of a miser giving this place 3 stars when it seems so popular with people, but I…read morefeel that out of all the places in Sardinia we visited that it just hit a bad note. The venue is cute, nestled among the colourful Bosa villages. The terrace was full when we arrived so we had to wait for a table. At first we were told 'outside? No, impossible' but two tables were actually leaving so we snagged a spot. We ordered our classic, the seafood antipasti, a pasta for me and the lamb for my boyfriend. The menu was littered with hilarious typos. I'm still intrigued as to what the 'pork coke' would have tasted like. Dear lord though, I wish we had ordered the proscuitto antipasti. The seafood was indescribably creepy. Of the 4 sections, one was some kind of cured or jellied tiny slices of maybe tuna? Another was some kind of white fish with a tomato sauce, I can't remember the third (PTSD?) and the fourth was some kind of flat black 'fish'. It literally looked like the sole of a shoe hammered and pickled in vinegar. I don't even know if it was fish. The whole dish was vile, we mostly ate the tomato sauce of the top of the white fish. I just cannot eat something that I don't know what it is. The pasta was good and my boyfriend's lamb looked 'interesting'. Apparently it seemed like there was a lot of organ meat in there.
