I ordered from their interesting menu the sheep carpaccio, which came 3 three ways in a little juicy chop, thinly sliced fillet and minced in a burger pate. Simply delicious. Staff were very efficient at organising table and when we didn't have room for a dessert we were offered a dessert wine on the house. The infants menu was chicken gougons and mash potato, which my son devoured!

OK Pizza. Not the number one place listed to eat in Alghero, but definitely a favourite for top…read morequality pizza. Did I mention cheap, top quality pizza?! OK Pizza is literally as cheap as chips. The restaurant opens at 7pm. It's very clean and tidy. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The selection of pizzas is huge, about 50 different options! You're sure to find something you love. Even so, they are more than happy to customise for you! The only downside is the base is a bit bland on its own. After our meal, even though we were stuffed to the bone, we were served complementary pizza bread and Nutella and a couple of Italian and Sardinian liqueurs. A big thank you to OK Pizza who delivered all the way out to our hotel a couple of times on the outskirts of town!

It was a little off the beaten path but totally worth it. The pizza was fantastic, the price very reasonable and they added a great touch at the end by giving us limoncello and Nutella-dipped pizza dough. Nice. We actually loved it so much that we went back a couple of nights later for delivery to our hotel, Sa Cheya (which I would also highly recommend, by the way). It's not the closest hotel to Alghero so we were really impressed they delivered to us when other places would not. The pizza was again, fantastic. Still hot and tasty with our customisations despite the 5km journey. Yum. So we went back AGAIN tonight, which brings us to now. I am at present in one of the happiest pizza-related places I have ever been in due to OK Pizza acing it for a THIRD time in a row. Forza OK Pizza. You rock.

The service was a little slow but understandable since a lot of places close around 14:30 and open up again in the evening about 18:00. They were extremely busy. We ate in the air conditioned inside area and I could see the chefs whipping up the wonderful food.

The ambiance is nice, not too loud (unless there are Russians eating there, which happened to us on two consecutive evenings). The outdoor seating is great! The food is good and consistent. Some of the best fried calamari I've ever had. A must try! Seafood pastas are also well prepared and super fresh. As a big pizza fan, I can say their selection can be a hit or miss. Quattro stagioni and capricciosa pizzas were good, the brick oven did a great job. But others, like franco pizza, are really bad. Not sure why, they add the bacon (which is 90% fat) under the cheese, so what you get is basically steamed, gummy fat on your pizza, not crunchy bacon as you'd expect. The watery canned mushroom aren't a winner either... But extra points for the nice staff. Would revisit.

It is a populair restaurant on a lovely little square almost hidden from tourist crowds. The best meal i had in Bosa and one of the best i had in Sardinie. Especially the eggplant sidedish is very good and tastefull and the Zuppa di cozze is fingerlickin' good. As main course i had the roasted pork fresh out of the oven. One of the best i've ever had. Be aware that this last dish is just the pork meat and nothing else. The staff was very friendly and helpfull to translate the italian menu card.
