We've dined in Founders Square before & always noticed bunches of happy people sitting out on the front patio of Havana Libre. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by a friendly hostess and LIVE music - a young woman playing an electric violin. just WOW. Since we don't get to eat these treats often, we did our homework, checking out the menu beforehand, but we had a ton of questions.
