The ladies that work at Lake Medical Imaging (Brownwood location) where extremely attentive to my mother as they got her ready for her CT scan. For the first time ever ... The Nurses, CNA's, Therapists, Food service all were attentive, kind and compassionate to my dad. It was almost like being with family. One of the Therapists knew my dad liked Bluegrass music and after his shift played my dad a couple of songs on the guitar. It totally made his day! The food service lady talked with dad about local stores and a few people they both knew. The Nurses and CNA's would just stop by to say hello when they were assigned to other rooms. They helped us by practicing with us getting dad in and out of the car. We needed to know the correct way to do this! The Doctor and other staff were also so caring and helpful.
