I told him there's no way I have arthritis so after a tearful plea, he ordered an MRI of my knee. In the meantime, I changed doctors as I knew without a doubt, I didn't have arthritis. I went to Dr. Padgett for my knee, MRI showed I have NO ACL AND A MENISCUS TEAR!!! I have to have surgery. I went to Dr. Breuggeman for my feet, after exam, he ordered an MRI, it showed I had pocket full of liquid causing the pain, which required a simple shot. If I had not gone for a 2nd opinion, I would have lived in pain forever, which is completely unacceptable! Dr. Reddy needs to retire, TODAY!

Dr. Reddy's office knew this and asked for x-rays and notes. The day I came for my appointment and I went in. I checked in with the front desk. I filled out all their paperwork and put down how I had shattered my tibia. I was called back and put in a room. Not to long after that a nurse came in and asked me how I injured myself without even looking at the paperwork. I told her and she took notes. I don't know why I even filled out the paperwork if they weren't even going to look at it. While then the nurse practitioner Pam came in with a bad attitude. She barely looked at my leg and then asked if I had surgery on it and I said yes it is all in the paperwork. Pam then rudely said that Dr. Reddy would not be seeing me today or any other day because I had surgery with another doctor. She then told me I had to leave. I think that was a terrible way to handle the situation. They should have told my PCP that they don't see people that have had surgery before and need to see a new doctor. I feel that doctors like this one make a bad name for the other great doctors. Just to let you all know this nurse practitioner Pam is a terrible person that made me cry.

First time going to an urgent care... We had a great…read moreexperience! We scheduled an appointment online which was super easy. Their website stated they do accept walk-ins during business hours. Our daughter had a fall and caught herself with her hand. Which caused her forearm to swell so we needed to go get an X-ray to see the damage that was caused. Once we walked in they already had information in their system because we scheduled the appointment online ahead of time and I filled out a simple Q&A. We didn't have to wait like ER waiting rooms, it was like a normal doctors visit wait time. Since we are out of our home state and out of network we paid cash for the visit, X-ray and splint. We found it to be reasonable for what an ER visit would have cost. Everyone was so friendly! I'd definitely recommend this urgent care to our friends and family when they need it and are nearby!

It was my first time seing some of them idk if they're new. Thursday 09/11 I cane in at 8:40. They close at 9... the front desk girls look irritated didn't even let me sign in & ignored me when I said certain things. I saw them kick out a mom with a sick child telling them to go somewhere else. & another girl they told her they can't help her. They asked what I need my arm was swollen I sprained it. then they immediately rolled her eyes saying we shut off our xray machine already.. but I never asked for xray (it was 8:45pm) .... "we can't help you"! Even the doctor came out staring at me weird yelling we can't help you the machine is turned off. They basically kicked us all out and locked the door right behind us BEFORE 9:00‼ we (us sick patients) were outside shocked talking about it amongst each other. I had to go to the hospital. They gave me xray, pain meds & wrist splint. I am now disgusted by this place.
