I'm going to chalk it up to some of the proportions being off as it was made. Will return for the ambiance, not sure for the coffee so much.

Each of us were asked to bring something from our hometown, so I brought "Coffee Bill", since William McKinley is such a big part of Canton's history. For the conference, we stayed at a historic hotel that was beautiful, but it had terrible coffee. Enter Cherry Blend. Every single one of them thanked me for bringing this coffee, because all of us brewed that in our rooms, instead of what the hotel provided. I am going to use their coffee in my small business and we came up with some cool ideas about how to do so. Undoubtedly this is one of the most knowledgeable couples you will ever meet when it comes to coffee. We had such an interesting dialogue about the sourcing, roasting, and marketing of coffee. I have now tasted three different blends and I loved each unique one. When in question, be sure to support local businesses, especially THIS one.

They provide a wonderful and welcoming experience. They'll tell you all about where their beans come from, how they roast them, and then they'll make you the perfect cup of pour over coffee... or nitro cold brew... or a honey latte... or an espresso served with sparkling water and chocolate. Their staff is knowledgeable, and they always have time to answer your questions. If coffee is not your thing, they have lots of loose tea, delicious hot chocolate, or yummy toast and granola. Even avocado toast - if that's your thing. Beyond that, they love to help people discover new coffee places in and around Akron, so don't be shy to ask about other coffee places they fancy. Second location coming to Cuyahoga Falls in June 2019. Support local, and give this small business a chance. read more

What a great coffee shop!…read more We came on Saturday morning (I think around 10:30ish) and it was bustling. Many tables taken, however there was no line and we got a table just fine. There was a small parking lot, which we were lucky enough to get the very last available space. The barista was very friendly! There were plenty of real food options as well, if you were looking for a more substantial meal than a typical coffee shop. I got an oatmeal raisin latte. It was pretty good! My husband got a chai latte which tasted like milk. I could barely taste any spices! I got an avocado toast. The bread was good, but the avocado spread was just fine. And the ginger molasses cookie, although very soft, did not taste good at all. We actually ended up throwing it away! Also funny side note: we were waiting forever for our order to be called. The choice of seating, music, and decor creates a very relaxing environment. The music I heard, I think, was a mixture of new age and smooth sounds. The seating is a mixture of black leather love seats, couches, and tables with black seats. What I think is so cool is the PAC MAN game that sits in the corner!! May I say, it's also the absolute coolest coffee shop interior I've been in, it's practically a post modern meets a dark, contemporary style. It's absolutely fabulous! I think this coffee shop is the perfect fit for the people of Akron. A space like this truly captures what the people need! Dining is available, and I would definitely take advantage of that. There are so many comfy spaces and areas all throughout. The two baristas at the counter were super awesome and made my time in the shop super marvelous. Beyond coffee, you can also get smoothies and sandwiches! The fun part is that majority of the drinks and snacks are named after people super special from the owners family.
