This should have been our third move with Clean Out Kings, the first move with this company was a tad rough due to traffic and them booking services too close together time wise. HOWEVER in that instance there was total communication and honesty(extensive delay). My mother called needed their moving services for this past weekend on Sunday, initially she was told they would pick up a truck at 10:00 am and be at her place by 10:30.....then she received call stating they'd be there at 12:30...then after 12:30 came and went, they finally returned her call saying he was in church(after 3:00PM mind you). We were then told 5:00 or 5:30....then later called and old 7 or 7:30 pm on Sunday night. The last communication received was last night on 10/1 at nearly 7:00 pm stating that they would have to come at 7:30AM Monday morning......and GUESS just GUESS what...... its 10:24 AM on 10/2 and this company has not responded to text messages, emails, or phone calls. At this point it's a pattern of grossly unprofessional behavior. After our previous experience with this company I NEVER wanted to use them again. However we were counting on them and taking the man that we spoke with over the phone at his word as he continued to guarantee that he was able to provide the service we booked. I can understand one mishap however stringing a potential customer along knowing your services are needed is just SAD. If Clean Out Kings was too booked to do this move, or didn't have the resources ie truck or men, they never should have accepted the job. Needless to say I'll pop popcorn one kernel at a time before EVER recommend them or attempt to do business with company again. Thankfully after explaining the situation to Superman movers early this morning they were able to get my mother on the schedule this morning and get her moved. They are a bit more expensive HOWEVER they're efficient and dependable. In this instance I guess you get what you pay for......just because a company is affordable doesn't mean their good at their job. And NO Clean Kings has still not responded to and text, emails, or phone calls.

UPDATE: Instead of resolving the problem of being overcharged and fixing the door to my crawl space they damaged in my house, they chose to have a text war and comment here on their review. Honestly, don't hire them. $300 just for driving 40 miles with 10x5 storage facility of belongings. Bill was estimated to be around $330 and overcharged at $517. I paid them just so they would leave my house but now they have a lot more to say. Do yourself a favor and find someone else to help you.

Even though Sears had told me multiple times that my fridge would be removed it didn't end up on the final paperwork but the Truso guys were nice enough to take it anyway. They also hooked up my fridge to the water line and gave me lots of helpful advice. They were friendly and enjoyable to talk to and I would use them again. The only issue I had was that they roughed up some of the wood on my door frame when they were taking the door off. Otherwise, they were great and put everything back how it was supposed to be.

Contacted ICD, they sent a team to troubleshoot, which I appreciated, but they also didn't complete the fix. The next day we lost all internet and TV. But ICD sent us a bill for $213.75 for the "troubleshooting" that didn't work: We went and bought a new router (same model) and found another installer who replaced it for us over the weekend. At this point *we are out $817.99 for a functional router.* We returned the $248 router to ICD, but they never refunded us. It's unthinkable ICD is making us pay for their labor to fix a defective router ICD sold us that we had to replace and install at our own cost.
