Soon after installation, I discovered the sliding doors did not operate as others usually due. I contacted Imperial and was told, this is how they work, basically live with it. The result of this terrible design, is one has to grip the backside flat mounting knob of the handle to close the door - see photo. It's so unintuitive, that most guest slide the door open and close with the appropriate handle, which leaves a gap between the door end and wall. This has developed water damage in the wall! Horrible design!!! Would not recommend Imperial! DON'T LET THIS HAPPEN TO YOU!
