Solid choice for big bowls of authentic Ramen. Nice atmosphere and good variety of menu options. Perfect spot for a cold day. We've tried many of the menu items and haven't met one we didn't enjoy.

I was introduced to Ajika Ramen over a year ago and since then it has easily become one of my favorite ramen places. The atmosphere is clean and the service is always great. I usually don't have to wait long whether dining in or ordering to go. The spicy miso ramen is my go to because it's delicious every time. If you love ramen this is one of the best:

The ramen here is amazing, probably the best we have had in NJ! My husband got the vegetarian Mabo Tofu Ramen, and I got the Spicy Burn Garlic Tonkatsu Ramen with Thai Tea bubble tea. First the multiple options for vegetarians was amazing because it wasn't just the same old plain veggie broth the other restaurants serve. It actually had lots of flavor, which was a nice change from the usual ramen places. The non-veg options were endless. I loved the spicy and garlic taste of my ramen. The chashu was also very soft and melted right in my mouth. The flavors were so good. I want to go there again already just thinking about it.

This was my first time here and I really enjoyed the ramen. The restaurant wasn't busy when we arrived so we sat down immediately. There were a lot of options to choose from on the menu. The flavor of the broth was nice and complimented all the other ingredients in the ramen bowl. I would definitely come back again

Wow! Service great. Food awesome. Brought me back to my days in Japan. Kudos to the chef! I ordered combo set which was fried rice and miso ramen. The fried rice was just like they make it in Japan. Yummy! Husband ordered the Ajika special ramen and he loved it. Highly recommend this place for authentic Japanese cuisine.

Ramen is solid. Nothing too special but a good meal. I wouldn't normally order boba from a restaurant but this place had a great earl gray milk tea. The boba was nice and chewy too. Service was pretty quick and the space is bright and open.

The consistency was great the noodle were amazing the see food was so delectable

The food was cooked and flavorful came out quick delicious my whole family enjoyed and loved it I feel like gordan Ramsey would be proud.

That is what you get when you get great eats at Terakawa Ramen. As you enter, you'll notice the wall murals with the chefs on one side and the opposite wall has anime customers slurping their ramen. Yes, it's perfectly fine to make those loud slurping noises to show your appreciation for a great bowl of ramen. Here's what was ordered: - Signature Terakawa Ramen - 4.5/5 stars Boasted of rich, lovingly homemade pork bone soup with a good amount of sliced roast pork, bamboo shoots, mushrooms, ginger, scallions, and a jammy egg. The straight thin noodles were al dente. They maintained their texture in the broth, brilliantly. The broth was deep and flavorful. - Pork belly Donburi - 4.5/5 stars The juicy tender pork belly was plentiful, sliced perfectly as their we're not too thick nor paper thin. Their flavor was rich, savory with a balance of sweetness from the soy dashi sauce. Elegantly layered in top of a humongous bowl of seasoned rice, along with a sprinkle of scallions, pickled radishes, and sesame seeds. The photo on their menu does not do it justice. I would have loved a jammy egg to be included to bring the dish to the next level. - Gyoza - 3.5/5 stars 5 pieces of Pan-fried gyoza dumplings with their dumpling sauce. I would prefer them to have been fried a bit more. The balance between their pork and cabbage was even. They were delightfully light in both taste and texture. The service was very good. Both Willie, the owner, and a charming waiter named Sung served us. Sung kept coming over checking in to attest our cups were full, and if we needed anything else. I was told the have two locations: Philadelphia and the one we're dining at, Princeton Junction, NJ. Both locations serve homemade recipes from the Kumamoto region of Japan. If ramen is your love language, this place will absolutely speak to your soul.

Inside were shrimp shumai, gyoza, Chili Korean Bao, a two-protein poke burrito stuffed with crab meat and spicy tuna, plus a spicy tuna roll and a spicy scallop roll. This is more food than any two people strictly need, which is one of civilization's finer achievements. The good news: nothing was bad. Not a single bite asked to be forgiven. The shrimp shumai were the clear overachievers: plump, warm, and reassuring, like a friendly lecture from someone who actually did the reading. The spicy scallop roll was their equal, delivering that perfect balance of heat and sweetness that makes you briefly optimistic about the future of humankind. The poke burrito was ambitious, a bold little manifesto wrapped in rice and seaweed. Crab meat and spicy tuna got along just fine, though the whole affair leaned more toward "good" than "revelation." The spicy tuna roll was solid and dependable, like a Midwestern uncle who always shows up on time. The gyoza and Chili Korean Bao did their jobs honorably, though neither demanded a standing ovation. Everything arrived intact, flavorful, and prepared by people who seemed to care, always a comfort in an indifferent universe. Four stars, then, because perfection is suspicious and because it's nice to leave something to strive for tomorrow.

I'd very much recommend ordering takeout. The place inside was actually very nice and had a good vibe... but there was an overwhelming chemical smell that I could have never been able to eat around. The good news is that it was definitely from some sort of cleaning product. Disinfectant? Bleach? Degreaser? Sanitizer? So from a cleanliness perspective, im reassured that they are thorough. From an appetizing perspective. Not so much. 2.5 stars Summary: I'd definitely order take out from here again in a minute.

Prices: The prices here are pretty much similar to other ramen/noodle shops anywhere you go. Basically, it is a decent price for what you get now a days. Taiwanese popcorn chicken: This was cooked thoroughly and was delicious when you bite into it. This was definitely worth ordering if you decide to come here. Ultimate Lanzhou beef noodles: My brother said this noodle soup was not spicy at all. In fact it had too much of the black vinegar taste instead. The beef was cooked thoroughly, and the noodles were just all right with nothing special. Lanzhou beef noodles: The soup base for this noodle soup was very bland as if it was just soaking in water. The beef did not have flavor but was cooked thoroughly. The noodles would have tasted a bit better if the soup base had a little flavor to it. Overall: I might give this place a try again if I ever come back down to the Princeton area. Otherwise, I probably would not take the 1-hour drive down here just to dine at this noodle shop. A suggestion would be that they should try to perfect the soup base as the noodles are already good.

They offer chilled and room temperature Chinese flavored waters, Japanese marble sodas, Thai tea, soda and sparkling water. My wife and kids wanted Chicken Teriyaki $10.75 - the lunch portion came with veggies and rice. The portion was small, but they all enjoyed the flavors and said the chicken was fresh. I had ordered the Shoyu Ramen (Chashu pork) Corn, nori, boiled egg, kikurage and scallion at $14.75. The noodles were a big glob and had to be broken up. The broth was spicy, delicious and made up for the noodles. The pork was two thinly sliced medallions that were juicy and flavorful. I made three bowls of soup with the portion, so it was plenty for a second/third meal. I also ordered the Yummy Yummy Roll off the special roll menu $14.75 - Shrimp tempura, cream cheese, avocado, salmon, eel sauce, spicy mayo & tobiko. It didn't hold together well and was ok/good. I would try another roll if I return. Their menu is pretty extensive with Japanese offerings of soups, salad, yakitori, sushi/sashimi, gyoza, hibachi meals, bento box meals, udon, ramen, etc. If I have a return trip I would eat in if having ramen, but the take out experience was good. I'll say it again the young lady working there was patient and an absolute pleasure to deal with! Thanks guys!
