He also told him he was rapidly losing weight and Dr. P responded it was because of the diet my father was on. My father knew it was something worse and had to fight tooth and nail to get Dr. P to take him seriously and run tests. As a last resort, after TWO MONTHS of pain, my dad went to the ER and guess what? ITS CANCER. Dr. P had the ability to save my father's life and instead left him in the dust. The person on the phone was rude and dismissive . She didn't even try to work with me at all . I asked to speak to a supervisor and she put me on hold and never came back . This is the office of Steven sales in New Britain . Steven sales is an amazing provider ! He is thoughtful and thorough and courteous . Unfortunately I cannot say that about his office and I hope that he hears this so that he can make some changes . The only reason why I didn't change providers is because of Steven sales himself but I was ready to . I understand that I was the one who was late but considering the fact that I did have injuries and I was only 5 to 7 minutes late and I typically sent in the waiting room for 10 or 15 minutes I feel there should have been something that she could have done to help me .
