Failed to tighten lug nuts on tires after rotating tires. They weren't even finger tight. Hubby made them come to house to tighten them. Yes a wheel could have come off if hubby didn't discover it. 2. Overfilled the oil on same truck. 3. Failed to tighten bolts on brake caliper after installing rear brakes. This failed on a trip we were on pulling a travel trailer. We had to drive over a 100 miles to fimd a place to stay and find someone to fix it. They paid for the repair. We have never been back. This could have been disastrous for us. I took my car in for an oil change. 1st they told me I was a day early. I was not. Then they changed my oil for me. Put a new sticker on my car showing next oil change wss due at a mileage less than when I brought it in. They are nice people, but they are incompetent. Buyer beware. We have not been back and do not tecommend them.

While we waited, they removed the tire, repaired it and returned the car to us. Maybe not anything to be excited about but they didn't charge me a penny. They stayed after hours and did the job because we were a little desperate. The folks behind the counter were super, Dion and Lakota, the technician did a great job Adrian. I want to thank everyone there for getting us back on the road. Very friendly and courteous would recommend them for any automotive work.

Instead, over a week after bringing in the car, they completed the work without telling what work would be done, without notifying me how much anything would cost, and it cost hundreds of dollars. No notice or breakdown of parts and labor as promised. The techs end their shifts around 3 and the person who answered the phones and called to let me know the car was ready could not tell me what work was done, why it was done, nothing. If you opt to work with this garage, get everything in writing up front and in person and do not leave your car with them if you can help it.

Delivered the vehicle to them Monday. They knew from me what was the problem and could have ordered parts before I even arrived, but decided to wait until I arrived on Monday. The price they gave me AFTER DIAGNOSTIC was more expensive than local dealers for the same work. But since the car was already there and the appointment was made that was fine because I didn't have to work until Wednesday and if they had it fixed by Tuesday, no issue... Tuesday rolls around, no phone call, no communication. Late in the day I finally called and asked for an update. They told me it wasn't done and it looked like it would be one more day. So, I made plans to get a ride to work, and plans to pick me up. An hour before they were set to close, still no call, and we call them again, after I made plans to get off early and get a ride to get to the shop only to find out they still have even started on the work. I won't use them again, it was my first time, and suggest you don't either. They seem to want your business and then will hold you hostage until they finally get around to whatever you brought them.

We took our daughter In-Laws 2012 Hyundai Sonata in because it was in Limp mode. It had done it…read morepreviously 2 weeks before. After an Oil change by our local mechanic the code cleared and we that it was done. Not to long after it did it again while she was trying to get our Special Needs Grandchild to Marybridge Childrens clinic in Tacoma for an outpatient procedure. She limped it back to town. We gave her our Subaru to use. Mechanic cleared the code so we could hopefully get it to the dealer. Once we got there; we were told by a Service Writer that with code cleared they can't do anything and is charging a $150.00 to drive it around until the code popped back in. They can use the DTC to find codes that have been cleared. We told them the code P1326 was found and wrote it down for them. We are contacting the BBB and writing to Corporate. The exact thing happened with code P1326 with our daughters car a year ago. They fixed the issue...but it came back, so a new engine put in. Not saying the Sonata needs a new engine ; but there is a massive recall for this specific problem. There is no reason to drive the car, waste the gas when they can find the info with that DTC scan. We also noticed after the code was pulled the total miles on the car jumped by 5,000 miles. We know because of a recent oil change. Next one was due at 171,000 miles. Car is still at the dealer. We refused to try and drive it back 30 miles where it would just sit; it can't be trusted.

There are many shops that when a women calls they tend to treat them like they are inferior, not this place. Ken was beyond helpful and even provided us a place to call if we wanted a refurbished transmission as he knew we were looking into options to save money but yet still get the job done right. We had our transmission replaced with Mike's Automotive and even with a few hiccups, nothing that was their fault...just a few extra things that had to be replaced to get the car in running shape since it had been sitting for some time. The fact that I never felt inferior by their staff and they kept the communication open with us was truly amazing. We were looking for a good automotive place and this definitely will be the place we go to from here on. Kodi was my mechanic and he was quick, friendly and professional. The cost was very similar, maybe less than what Toyota would have charged me and Mike's is only a 6 minute drive round trip from my home. I'll strongly recommend them to anyone.
