I contacted LG directly about my problems and was told the Control Panel on the dishwasher was under warranty?? Why didn't Nick tell me that?. A-1 was prompt a coming out, knowing they would collect their inspection charge. After that, no help at all. I did contact A-1 and explained about what LG had said, but I received an explanation that they would have no way of knowing about the Warranty on the Control Panel. That shocked me because when I did my research and spoke to them (Tracy twice) I had read that they were a local LG representative.

Each time we tried to schedule an appointment with them, they had us pick a day and expected us to wait around for them to arrive the entire day. So it took us 2 weeks to settle on a day and only after we told them we had to work and could not be expected to wait, they gave us a window of arrival time: between 8 am - 1 pm and he did not show up until after 2 pm. We found him unprofessional immediately as he entered our home during COVID in a state where it is mandated to wear a mask without one. And instead of repairing the dryer he took it completely apart and said it needed replaced. Fast forward to a week later and he never reached out to our warranty company to file the replacement. This is despite us calling them multiple times and being told it was "in processing." Basically, if you want your dryer repaired please go with someone else.

My husband was at the house when they got there and they said it was the heating element. He had to go back to work so I was there. The dryer was newer and purchased on 10/13/20 for $850. There were 2 guys that came and fixed it and were done within 30 min, no time at all. Our bill was $520 ohhh, and they gave us a $25 discount so $495. WHAT A JOKE!! they did not tell me or my husband what the cost would be. After they left I told my husband what they charged us and he was furious!! he called them the next day leaving a voicemail just saying he had some questions about the dryer they fixed and no response from them. He then called them again left another vm and we got no return calls from them. They had no idea why he was even calling UNLESS they knew they really SCREWED us over! Which they did. Now to Friday 6/21 not even 2 months later we had to call for service because the dryer went out AGAIN was not heating up. I called Samsung and they sent out one of their techs and he said it was NOT fixed correctly by these guys!!! he had to replace the heating element. Which these guys supposably did!!!
