It also meant working covertly with a family member to find the perfect craftsman style front door as my Christmas gift and scheduling around me so it would be a surprise. He even came up with a door handle that a previous client had custom ordered and then decided against--just because he thought it would look really nice. It is somewhere between 100% and 1000% impossible to reach them to discuss in a normal manner. Ie can I send you a photo of window and approximate dimensions so we can discuss budget? Nope- the local 207 number goes to a data center that wants to collect all our information before an "IN HOME CONSULTATION". Knowing a sales pitch similar to a used car salesman I declined. So my house will be full of Renewal by Andersen, except for 1 window. I dont care if I put a piece of plywood over it. I won't deal with them anymore.
