When you book with them pay attention to Ben's instructions for getting on the base. If you don't follow the instructions you will risk delays with the military base clearance. It's kind of cool going on to the military base for your paint ball experience, but know that there is an extra step to follow in advance for base clearance. They've created a family centered atmosphere amongst their staff and many loyal players which my son and I truly enjoyed from day one. Their prices are fair and they have enough gear inventory for beginner and seasoned paintball players. Ballistic Ben's "Game o Games" event is also something truly remarkable and memorable. I won't write what happens because I think it's best that you experience it yourself. Yes, getting shot with paintball does cause bruises, but the excitement and competition makes it an awesome experience. My young child and I walked in today and not only were we immediately greeted but the person behind the counter, Maile also asked if we needed any help finding anything, and then I saw a really cute hat as she was ringing me up for a swimming cap and she told her coworker that I was looking for one that I could adjust to fit better around my head. In the meantime, another customer had approached the counter and at the last minute I grabbed one more thing. Maile rung my items up and asked me if I wanted a bag. Then, she helped the other customer on the other side as her coworker tried appeasing me with other hat sizes. Every person working there seemed to have a smile and a FANTASTIC attitude!
