Dr. Okpaku is awesome! Incredibly attentive and educated in this field. Don't think anything of that one negative review on here. Every step of the way, I felt reassured and taken care of, even with some concerns I had. A word to the wise though, I wasn't fully prepared mentally for how much fluid comes with the Airsculpt procedure. It's not your average traditional liposuction where you have some mild leakage, so be sure to have your fresh bandage dressings ready to go to change out as-needed the first week! read more

BELIEVE THE BAD REVIEWS I have now had two procedures with AirSculpt the first was for gynecomastia which was done in 2024 and the more recent one on my flanks (love handles) in Oct 2025. When I did my chest I was at a higher weight but did notice quickly that not enough was taken out of my chest to give me satisfactory results which I consistently brought up in all my post op appointments. Finally after 6 months they were able to approve and schedule me for a revision which ended up getting me a lot better results and very close to 100% satisfied. Back then there was no additional fees to do a revision, which rightly so for the cost of the surgery. I will say the chest for the most part I'm satisfied with, there are a few lumps of what I have been told are scar tissue left behind that I'm not entirely happy about, but over all decent job just not happy that I had to go through it again to get where I wanted but fortunate that AirSculpt set it right for no additional charge. As far as the flanks go I'm not seeing the results that I originally expected. I have reached out to ask about doing a revision again but have been informed that now they charge for revisions. Which is frustrating because I wouldn't be asking for a revision if it was done correctly the first time but also I can't imagine anybody being okay with paying more for a revision when they weren't satisfied the first time. I'm glad and fortunate that they did the revision on my chest when they did but with them charging for revisions now I would recommend to look elsewhere. These procedures do cost a significant amount and while I understand that results are not guaranteed I should still be at least 80% satisfied. Update: I've been in regular contact with Airsculpt and the manager at the Austin facility. They offered to have me get seen by their other surgeon there but still want me to pay an additional $1895 and $600 to do the revision which is not right. This procedure for my flanks should have been done right the first time and even still fix it for no additional charge like you did my chest. I am stepping away from this experience feeling financially taken advantage of and my flanks area that should have been taken care of still being very noticeable. In light of my recent experience with Airsculpt I would recommend avoiding them at all costs. Unless you're okay paying nearly $6k and getting approximately 50% satisfactory results. Another update: Since I've originally posted this review and AirScuplt messaged on my review to reach back out to them their message was purely for show, once they have your money and everything is done they will not lift a finger for you. Seriously stay away from this nightmare of a company. I'm putting photos of my flanks on here as proof that AirSculpt provides subpar results for a costly fee. Also part of this surgery was their AirSculpt+ which is supposed to be a tightening agent to the area but obviously that's not the case. Additional update: I have been in regular contact with AirSculpt legal via email because I complained too much that the offices didn't want to deal with me so rather than being up front and direct with me they self escalated the matter and pushed me off to their "legal" department. All the AirSculpt offices have blocked my phone number so in order to get through to them I have to *67 dial (never had a business do that before), does that sound like something a reputable business would do? Anyway AirSculpt legal asked me for a written letter in reference to the complaint which I provided promptly. I had to wait 3 whole weeks before they gave me a formal response back and I know they only did respond back because I kept calling the offices to follow up, but really all you had to do was not drag your feet and have some sense of urgency in the matter. End result from AirSculpt Legal is they completed their "clinical assessment" and well... A whole page to say "nope we are not doing anything for you". If you like to be Medically Gaslit, Patient Neglect and Subpar Results, Air Sculpt is for you! I had a Tiny Tuck & J Plasma done on 6/3/2025 - full abdomen, upper, lower, waist & flanks. I have not been satisfied with the result of the Air-Tite/J-Plasma procedure since the beginning. When I reached out to Airsculpt for information, I was prompted to send in photos and make an appointment which I did and requested an IN PERSON consultation. Again, I received an email prompting me to make an appointment. Trusting the process, I did. Once on the virtual call, Tiffany qualified herself with 17-18 years of experience in the industry, she was also a patient having used Airsculpt herself and she reviewed my photos - I realized this was now my consultation - a virtual one - not in person like I originally requested. She offered me 2 different procedures, the Tiny Tuck or J-Plasma saying I was a "perfect candidate" for both. I chose both procedures knowing I had a lot of extra skin on my lower belly - I didn't think J-PLasma alone would tighten it enough. I was correct. Had I listened to her, I would have only tried the J-Plasma, waited a year and then could have tried the Tiny Tuck if I wasn't pleased. The first time I saw Dr. Kahn was on procedure day 6/3/2025. She noticed the extra skin around my belly button & we had a conversation about a vertical incision to help. I told her I was fine with a vertical incision, I can hide that with clothes, my main concern was not having a muffin top. At the end of my procedure while still in the OR, Dr. Kahn said that she didn't have to do the vertical incision, she was able to get the results she wanted without it. Dr. Kahn is no longer at the Austin Airsculpt office. She was driving in from Houston. This was a concern for me, due to all the material from AirSculpt indicating to take up any concerns with the Dr. that did the procedure. I called before the 3 month follow-up, to question this & was reassured that any doctor could help. I met with the new Dr. I can't remember her last name but she wasn't able to speak for Dr. Kahn, while polite & professional, she was no help to me. She suggested to give my body more time. Before my 6 month follow up, I sent in a text to the nurse's line of specific questions & concerns I had regarding the J-Plasma results. At the appointment, I was shocked when the nurse asked if I wanted to see a doctor?! Of course, I do! I sent an entire text indicating the concerns & issues I wanted to address. Again, the new Dr. came in but was of no help. When I left the appointment that day, the receptionist did not try to schedule my 9 month follow up & I have not heard from the Austin Airsculpt office since. Once again, I sent a text to the Nurse's line indicating my frustration and threatened to file complaints with the Medical Board & leave negative reviews everywhere. Guess who called me?! Dr. Kahn. I haven't seen or spoken to her since my 1 month follow up. She said the Austin office was not forwarding her messages BUT the Austin office told me that she has not been responsive to their request to follow up with patients. Someone is Lying. Dr. Kahn has NEVER answered this question - does Airsculpt offer the procedure Dr. Kahn & I spoke about requiring the vertical cut? Yes or No? If No, was this why she was defensive with me during my 1 month follow-up? If No, is this why it feels like I'm being gaslit? If Yes, then why didn't she opt to do the procedure when I agreed to it? I assume they don't which is where the gaslighting comes in. Two other nurses where in the room with me when Dr. Kahn & I had the conversation, yet I've never seen them again. It seems as if I'm being asked to settle for subpar results after being told that I was a "perfect candidate' for Tiny Tuck & J-Plasma. I absolutely expected my skin to be tighter. I do not see any improvement in the skin tightening especially around my belly button. Would I have received different advice had my consultation been in person as requested? When I finally spoke to Dr. Kahn, I asked about a revision & what options I had. The new Dr. at Airsculpt said a 2nd round of J-Plasma would not help. Dr. Kahn said she's done it twice before using a certain technique to help get the skin tighter but I'd have to travel to Houston to have it done. I protested saying, I did not reach out to the Houston office, I reached out to the Austin office, I live in Austin & shouldn't be inconvenienced with travel to have a revision. I have decided not to waste any more of my time or money. I have not spoken to any employee of Airsculpt since my 6 month follow-up. read more

I am still enduring pain and painful abdominal muscle spasms. He should not be allowed to touch any female body with a scalpel or otherwise. Steer clear of him. He will destroy your body. OK, let me start off by saying that I did not know anyone who had done this. I literally found it on the Internet, but liked everything that I saw and was really happy with my consult. I scheduled the procedure and it was very easy. There was no discomfort, it went exactly how they said it would go. The following day I slept a lot just kind of felt maybe a little under the weather. By two days after I felt like myself and went back to work on Monday after having the procedure done Friday. Nobody could tell I had some bruising, but I covered it with make up. Nobody thought anything about it. I'm barely over a week post and my neck is noticeably smaller and will continue to improve for up to a year as more swelling goes down. Parking is super easy too (there's an entire structure right there). My consultant was AMAZING (and I hope she reads this). This is truly an office that works well together. I will be 60 early next year and I had to make some changes for my health and my well being. I completed 1 of 2 procedures with Dr. Erella in the Austin location...and today I am 2 weeks post op...and I can honestly say...I wish I would have done this procedure first...versus traditional lipo...which I had done years ago!!! I had my neck/jaw line, under arms and inner thighs done...and I am a mother of 2 sports active kids...and besides 3 days of discomfort in getting used to the healing process and garments...I am very happy with my decision. I had minimal bruising, mainly on my inner thighs and swelling in all the areas...but my main concern was my face...but honestly I didn't look any different than before the procedure, so no one was able to tell I had work done. The swelling has gone done in all areas and I can begin to see definition in them all!!! The staff at the Austin office is very professional, and Liza and Dr. Erella were extremely caring, honest and attentive to my questions and needs...and explained everything to me with the patience and reassurance I was looking for. Dr. Erella is as honest as I hoped a surgeon would be...and Liza is top-notch. I can't wait to complete my second procedure (full abdomen and bra rolls). Ge was very honest of what he felt I would have the best results with and what he felt wouldn't be beneficial to me. He had called me personally to check on me, which I'm grateful for. I paid $18000.00 and the doctor and the staff were very condescending and sarcastic at the last minute the doctor said he couldn't do an area because of a prior surgery I had (which they new about) and so they were like do you want a different area? I looked at the doctor and he was like I'd just do the air sculpt + on you abdomen. Thinking he knew best I agreed. During the procedure he was like you might need a tummy tuck and control your diet and exercise. It was humiliating. I would never recommend EVER.
