Dr. Rulli does a great job and doesn't have you continue methods that don't work well; I'm going for headaches, and after doing both adjustments and acupuncture (Which costs more), Dr. Rulli quickly told me that he didn't feel the acupuncture helped nearly as much as my spinal adjustments, and encouraged me to stick with just the adjustments. Given I was game to be a pin cushion--that's how bad the headaches are--I was surprised. As for the headaches, the adjustments are a BIG help! They aren't a cure, of course, but they provide relief without medication. Until the underlying cause is uncovered, I'm in the dark, but thanks to Dr. Rulli, I'm able to get relief.

I am a physician who did not initially believe in acupuncture and was skeptical at first, but I decided to give him a try. My first problem was a partial rotator cuff tear and I had been suffering with daily pain for 1 year. The pain was 24/7. I was told by an orthopedic sports medicine doctor that surgery was my my only choice to correct my problem. Needless to say, Yan corrected my problem and now I have been pain free and very active with sports and working out in the gym without any problems. I had sciatica next and he resolved that for me. I had a trigger finger problem and he resolved that for me. I have sent many patients to him with severe migraine headaches and they have all been very pleased with their good results. I have sent patients to him with severe menstrual cramps and they too were very pleased with their results. I sent one patient to him with a ganglionic cyst on his wrist and he was already scheduled for surgery. I told him to cancel his surgery and give Yan a try. He did so and his ganglionic cyst on his wrist disappeared after several treatments and no surgery was needed. I am very impressed with Yan's skills as an acupuncturist and I highly recommend him without reservations to anyone with a multiplicity of problems that are causing them pain of various sorts. Yan has told me that he is also good at treating addiction issues, endometriosis, chronic back pain, herniated discs and many other problems. Thank you Yan. Keep up the excellent work!! J.C.

I came to Precision Clinical Bodywork specifically for Kellen's Manual Lymphatic Drainage, as part of my recovery. Two sessions in, and my Garmin data shows a clear pattern -- noticeably better sleep on the second night after each session. Kellen is warm, skilled, and explains everything clearly -- important when you're in recovery. At my first visit she spent extra time afterward, completely unprompted, walking me through additional recovery resources. I tipped accordingly. Tips: 1-Save the chatting for after the session -- every minute spent talking beforehand is time you don't get on the table. 2-Ask about packages before booking to save significantly. 3-They're a medical facility, so they accept HSA/FSA cards, and they'll give you detailed receipts for possible insurance reimbursement with a doctor's order. Four stars for me because, when you're already paying for a premium service, the session should cover what's therapeutically indicated rather than upselling add-ons -- especially ones with no additional supply cost. If I need the scar remodeling or the facial MLD or anything else that doesn't cost the company, it should be included in the service time purchased. No full results yet since I'm early in the loading phase, but I trust Kellen's skill and the data backs it up. IMHO, I highly recommend for anyone dealing with lymphedema.

Raven is…read morean absolute master of touch and pressure, executing gentle stretches and focused relief of sore muscles and tight joints. She listens to you when you tell her what your goals are and I believe modifies her approach to meet those goals -- down to such silly things as "I want medium to firm pressure. And my feet are ticklish so if you touch them you have to be very firm. And my neck has tension knots that I wish could be worked out." How she can be gentle and impactful at the same time, I do not know. I am always apprehensive about going to see a new massage therapist as they can be very good or not so much. This was the best of the best experiences. I left feeling refreshed and limber. And as I type this a day later, my body knows it had some limits gently tested. I mean that in a very good way. The facility is functional and comfortable. The spa music in the treatment rooms is subtle and non-intrusive and supportive. The owner and other staff people I met were all friendly and engaging. The business is set up to take venmo to leave gratuities if that's your preference. I can't imagine anything they didn't think of. I cannot wait to get back there again. 10 stars if it were possible.

I waited longer than I should have (1. from the lack of research on my part and 2. was not told post-op that massages were recommended to help the healing process). I started developing adhesions in my arm and a swollen chest, to the point the nurse I saw on my second post op visit said I NEED to go see Ivan right away. That he had used him for his own surgery recovery and he worked wonders! From the first visit at Ortiz Massage, I struggled to even get on the table and was not able to lay flat on my back. Ivan was able to help release so much tension and stiffness that I could finally put my legs down and lay fully flat just after one session. He really listens to his clients, educates them, and demonstrates empathy while offering the most professional care from a health care provider. I couldn't have been in better hands during my recovery process. Ivan slowly worked with me at my pace, to work out the adhesions in my arms. I had never heard of lymphatic massages prior to this surgery, but now see how vital it can be for even the healthiest athlete with muscle recovery. It's been almost a year now and I still go to Ivan, for lymphatic massages and some regular deep tissue massages to help with weightlifting recovery. What makes Ortiz Massage so unique, is that Ivan puts his customers first. He offers super affordable rates and packages because he wants to make sure his clients are able to get the care they need, and offers flexible working hours. He works with you to space out your sessions and adjusts to how you are feeling week by week. He reevaluates you at each visit to see what you would like to focus on before each treatment. He is highly knowledgeable when it comes to explaining the science, anatomy, and advice on what will help speed up your recovery. Since starting my sessions with Ivan, the surgeon has started offering pre-op and post-op sessions with Ivan after seeing how crucial lymphatic drainage is in the surgery journey. I had no idea what a journey this entire process would be prior to going into surgery. Recovery after a tummy tuck was the hardest thing I've ever had to endure physically (yes, even worse than labor). I honestly would have NO idea where I would be without the help of Ivan, and am forever indebted for his services.
