I was hesitant at first but after visiting their website, reading reviews, and listening to several people tell me great things about it. I made an appointment. After my first appointment I was hooked! Dr. Sam is incredibly friendly, professional, polite and extremely knowledgeable, he helped breakdown what I was feeling, what he would be doing in each session and then where I might be sore or feel some pain the next day - he was SPOT ON with each. He is careful with his movements and really walks you through everything. I worked with Mel as well and she was extremely helpful in helping me work through some of the exercises, some modifications, and to help with next steps. Both were extremely patient with the number of questions I asked - which was A LOT! Dr. Sam is also incredibly accessible, he gave me his card during my first appointment and reiterated several times that I could reach him by phone, text or email. I did have some questions after my first appointment (about 24 hrs later), I sent him a quick email and responded within the hour with advice, suggestions, and recommendations. The work he did and the resources/exercises they gave me after only two sessions has cleared up my pain and they have assured me that if I stick with the exercises and listen to the warning signs I should be good to go. On 4/8/25 I went for my scheduled injections. After waiting for an hour or more, they informed me they did not have my MRI, and further, wasn't sure when they would have it for sure. So, after me and my wife taking time off from work, I went back home. They never called me and I never called them again, but yes, I got two bills. The first for the consult of $499 and a second for the visit to do the injections, which did not occur because of them, in the amount of $200. After months of hounding them, they finally took the $200 bill off my account but demand the $499. What BS.

The front desk staff is also very kind, I am always greeted, and they are always willing to work with me on scheduling. I have a history of a level one brain injury an d several more after that. Dr. Harris knew all this but was playing with my life by refusing to give me one. I was placed on the neuro floor and after being told they would give me all my daily meds while there after 4 days without meds I have a seizure. Dr. Harris refused to give me my meds which the CVS tells me by law they were suppose to give me. Blood Pressure meds, seizure meds and nerve pain meds. I have a central nerves system that is shot because of being hit at 55 mph and this hospital refuses to give me my daily meds and an exam. I have a seizure and instead of treating me medically, they called the sheriff who didn't know of my concussion & the next thing I know I am being assaulted for having a seizure because of the hospital's neglect. This is abuse and the risk manager and ceo of HCA have all covered this up. There is a video of them carrying me out by a chain that all involved have not only broken the law but they have broken my spirit.........This isn't health care, it is abuse.

My entire career was in healthcare, in fact, when I was a quality reviewer. And here's what I think about such a clean note. "When a provider leaves out the emotional and psychological context of a visit, they aren't just being "straightforward"--they're being inaccurate". Mylevel of pain and the distress it's causing you are vital pieces of clinical information. If a surgeon or another specialist looks at that note, they're getting a sanitized version of the truth that makes it look like you're "managing" when, in reality, you're hitting a breaking point. I requested that the provider an update the note to contain the a the additional .
