Be careful. Hotel provided their phone number advising the cost would be $18. When you call their number, they will not assist but instead refer you to their website to reserve transportation. The website charges $33 with no way to reduce cost. Very misleading and unfair. Later discovered the $18 charge is for walk-up customers. In other words, they penalize you for doing as their office/website instructs. Others who took Lift and Taxi paid less. read more

A local person who used this shuttle on a regular basis . The shuttle transport fee to go 1 mile is 6.00 From the long term parking at Stromers. most of the time the transport for them is on the way to the airport. I also earn minimum wage the same as the driver well as supplied the information sarcastically as he demanded a tip to go a whole mile. . This was after an hour wait at the parking lot. read more

One nice driver and 2 extraordinarily rude ones. Shuttle pulled out from airport, not full, while passengers still heading for it. Hotel arranged for a morning pick up and shuttle didn't show. When I called the response was very rude, and driver doubly so at pickup. read more

I would not recommend this company. I booked online and discovered that I had been overcharged quite a bit. I contacted the owner by telephone and was promised that I would be refunded immediately. When that did not happen, I texted him, and emailed him. I also discussed it with him when I arrived onsite. No refund. I followed up when I returned home. I am STILL waiting for a refund. I had to wait more than 30 minutes when I arrived for the shuttle to leave and was forced to listen to the very loud communication between the driver and the owner while he was trying to track down another driver. My driver was also taking calls on her cellphone while driving. It was the most unprofessional organization I ever have encountered. Avoid! read more

About a week before a flight to Rapid City we made a reservation for a shuttle from the airport to Keystone and were quoted a price of $55. When we arrived, Rapid Shuttle refused to honor the quoted price, instead insisting on $80 cash. As we were basically a captive audience and had no alternative, we reluctantly paid the $80. This very shady type of business practice left us very frustrated. A business needs to honor its quoted prices instead of taking advantage of its customers at the last minute. Flew into Rapid City and at the airport, we paid Rapidshuttle to take us to Deadwood on 9/28/2021. Asked the driver if they would pick us up on 10/01/2021. Driver told us to make a reservation and we would be picked up. Called on 9/29/2021 and made a reservation for a 3:30 A.M. pickup at the Four Point-Sheraton in Deadwood. At 3:35 A.M. on 10/01/2021 received a call stating driver did not come in but a new driver was on the way and we would be picked up by4:00 A.M. At 4:46, recieved call from shuttle driver, that he was broke down and we needed to find other transportation. Hotel called Dakota Cab and they picked us up at 3:56 A.M. When we were in the cab, driver said let me tell you what to you. He described our situation to a tee. Said Rapidshuttle pulls this trick a lot. In addition, did not see a broke down shuttle. Dakota Cab saved us, Rapidshuttle is not reliable. read more

I want to make a note that the owner of the company has reached out to me and offered me a refund and wanted more information about what happened to he could talk to his staff about it. I'm not sure if I would trust them again, but it's a great the owner is doing the right thing. So, just map the location yourself and ensure you're in the right place before you get out of the shuttle. read more

Better to rent a car. My shuttle on Friday taking me from the airport to Deadwood lodge was great, the driver was kind, respectful, and even made a stop for me on the trip up to Deadwood Lodge. No complaints. However, the trip on Saturday from Deadwood Lodge to the airport was much less than that. The driver arrived on time. He didn't appear to be speeding. When I walked out to the van, the driver was smoking in the van. The vehicle was not clean, and I'll rate it at a zero, because it smelled horribly of smoke. I have a sensitivity to smoke and when I separated the van at the airport, my eyes were burning as were my lungs. My eyes are still burning... The over all experience was awful. After pulling away from the resort, about 5 minutes into the trip, the driver said this.... And I will quote. "Here's one, There was a little boy and a little girl taking a bath together. The little boy looked down at the little girl and said what's that, the little girl looked down at the little boy and said what's that, can I play with it. The little boy said to the little girl, no you can't, you broke yours.". Let me tell you... I was creeped out, and very scared. Any respectful man, does NOT say that to a woman. Especially one he does not know, and especially in this type of a situation, working for a company. I was the only one in the van. If there had been somewhere for me to get out, and have someone else take me to the airport, I would have. I'll tell you again, It made me scared and creeped me out. Additionally, the van quit running, it just turned off, two different times. The first time was right in the middle of an intersection in Rapid City, then again shortly after that. This was on the trip back to the airport. Fortunately the driver got it started again. That on top of the other things, I feel like I should have my money refunded. The entire ride to the airport from the lodge on Saturday was horrific. Suggestions - Have clean, smoke free, non stinky vans that are in good running condition, for customers to ride in. Hire people who are respectful of the passengers, do not tell inappropriate stories. We are putting our lives in your hands, be respectful of that and provide excellent transportation services. read more

I had a group of 17 friends that all were going to a hockey game and everyone had big trucks they didn't want to have to deal with in the Civic Center parking lot. So we called Kevin again for a pick up and drop off and return for our group. He had two shuttles take us there and back and the weather was terrible so it was so nice to have curb service both ways in a CLEAN, warm shuttle waiting for us all!! This is our second time using Kevin's business and the second time was as perfect as the first!! We will be definitely keeping this business number in our phones to call again for shuttle service!! I booked a pick up for my mom and I at the off airport car rental dealership on a Sunday the day before I needed it. I repeated everything to the dispatcher and he repeated my request to me. We even talked about which of the two pick up times they had that would best fit my schedule. When the shuttle still had not arrived 15 minutes after our scheduled pick up time I called only to be told that we were not on the schedule. We had a plane to catch and the dispatcher couldn't give me a pick up time and suggested I call a cab! Guess what- the cab arrived within 10 minutes and the charge was less than the shuttle from the airport to the car rental agency. If you use this company I would suggest you confirm your reservation the day before AND the day of your pick up or be prepared to call a cab. read more

Less at Airport Express Shuttle went over and beyond in connecting me with my delayed luggage. When it was taking an airline more than 24 hours to process the baggage as it was sitting in the Rapid City Airport, Less help expedite that process by personally taking care of it. He saved me a half day of driving in to get it. The airlines paid the fee, but the service I received from Airport Express Shuttle was priceless. I will use this service again when needed. read more
