We are from out of town and selected this limo service for our 20th vow renewal at Chapel in the Hills. We were picked up promptly at 12:30PM and made our way to the chapel. The most difficult thing was trying to get in the car with my dress. Once in, the limo was perfection. It was clean and well stocked. We had beer and champagne waiting for us in the limo. After working with Mac for over a week to plan our evening (a Christmas Light Tour), he backs out. He tells you one thing about Limo availability on the phone and something else in the email. The occupancy of the vehicles over the phone does not match the vehicle occupancy on the website. Maybe if you have rented a limo before, know exactly what your plans are, and know the information needed for the contract, this would be a good company to work with. But if you need help planning the specific details and understanding what he needs to write his contract (because you have never done this before and I told that to Mac), this isn't the company to use to rent your limo. And watch out for mixed signals from his emails. The emails start out very friendly and not overly professional; he even shares personal information about himself. Mac doesn't follow through with what he says he is going to do in his emails. And no, I am not a person who writes a lot of reviews if you look at my statistics. I don't usually get upset easily, and I can let most upsetting things go. I didn't get the help I asked for, Mac's demeanor changed between talking to him on the phone and his emails, and this ended up wasting my time, which is what prompted me to write this review. read more

A couple weekends ago I was in my best friend's wedding and we had a terrible limo ride to her reception from a separate company; so terrible that we decided to send that limo driver home and book a new limo for the ride back to our hotels. We booked a limo with Legendary Limousine and our driver was Chris. He was AMAZING and so accommodating, let me count the ways! 1. He had AC blasting, which was much needed in the South Dakota humidity. 2. He realized we were struggling with the Bluetooth in the back so he took it upon himself to pull over and help us out without even being asked!! 3. He opened and closed our doors for us and wished us good night at each hotel we had to stop at; with a smile! Above and beyond in customer service; our 45 minute ride was smooth sailing the entire way. I would recommend this company to anyone needing a limo in Rapid City! read more

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. We booked the "30 Passenger" bus for a corporate event, Could not hold 30 not even 20. There was no AC which was not horrible when the bus picked up in the morning but on the return trip temps were well over 100 degrees, On the return trip home, the bus had no AC. the bus broke down, my staff waited for 45 min for someone to pick them up (totally understand the wait) they crammed 20 people in a stretch escalade like a bunch of sardines. No AC at all and again temps over 100'. When I called the company to see how they would remedy the situation. Anne (main point of sale person) was extremely rude and hung up on me twice. Said that there was nothing that could be done and we were basically lucky that they came and picked the group up at all. and delivered them back to the original pick up location. ZERO Customer Service and ZERO Satisfaction. side note we paid almost 2 grand for this ride. read more
