She argued with me for a few seconds and then after I made contact with her, she left. She never picked anyone up. She lied to me. Not a professional thing to do. Update**** One week later, the same lady parked in front of the same doors in front of Walmart again and I made contact with her again. Once again, she was a tsunami of excuses and she lied to me a second time. I called Rapid taxi to make a complaint, and the woman I spoke with who claims she's a manager was doing nothing but making excuses for her as to why she's allowed to park right in front of the doors blocking the thru fare. Such a simple issue and yet apparently this company is okay with not holding themselves accountable or each other accountable. What a weird bizarre mind-boggling group of individuals at this company regarding such a simple issue. "Don't park in front of the doors and block the thru fare." That's it!! They go off roading which everyone else loved. but being someone who has lost a loved one, due to an accident, I did not enjoy this. One driver recognized this and he respectfully calmed down for me. The next time I got on the bus, the guy asked if we liked off roading. There were a few of us that said "no" but he did it anyway and then when we got to our spot, they all called me a Karen and yelled things at me. If you're up for a dangerous experience, go for it. Being in an accident isn't on my list. you're probably going to see this company on the news someday, for vehicular homicide.
