This is my favorite of the consignment store trail in and around Scottsdale. It's one of the ones I refer to as being in the Bermuda Triangle, AKA the Scottsdale Airpark neighborhood. Sometimes the only way I can locate businesses I found before is to drive around helplessly while my GPS sends me diabolically impossible directives. This store is the best in class for me for many reasons: it's big and has a nice selection. There seems to be at least some level of taste and standards as to what is accepted. Furnishings are arranged in pretty good vignettes. It's clean and smells OK. Pricing is realistic for the most part. The staff is unfailingly friendly--on a hot day, I've been offered bottled water numerous times. I have consigned here and gotten a great return for my items. On one occasion, there was a little problem in which my husband and I had just decided to purchase a chair we were looking at, walked around the corner for a moment, and returned to see someone else buying it. The manager was distraught, and did all she could to keep everyone happy. In my case, it was having furniture picked up at my house free of charge since we allowed the other customer to get the chair. The delivery crew was polite and professional. Love this place! They were so nice. Some prices are a bit high for secondhand but there's a lot of gems in there. I spent about 45 minutes looking around. They offer delivery which is awesome. I'll be back when I need more furniture and accessories. read more

I have consigned items with Airpark on 2 occasions and been very satisfied with them both times. There pick up people are very careful, using lots of padding and wrap when packing your furniture and the prices they get for you items are more than other stores. It appears their cliental are willing to spend more for better items than a lot of consignment stores that deal in junk. read more

There are so many consignment stores in Scottsdale and I am SO HAPPY that I decided to use Airpark Consignment. Shellie and her team really know how to do it right!! When she said her sales rate was really high she means it. She makes it so easy! Just email her the pictures of your items and then get the ball rolling. Her pickup service was great--arrived on time and they were really careful when removing the items. Being able to call, email or stop by the store to see the progress of your items really makes it so simple. My items sold So fast and my payment was sent the day that I checked. I will use them whenever I need to sell furniture and highly recommend them whether you are in the market to sell or to buy. Her showroom is full of wonderful items and she gets new things regularly. This is another great consignment store in Scottsdale. We furnished our living room and sitting area with very reasonably priced items from this store. The staff is friendly and helpful. I browse this store often, and generally come up with one or two decorative items to go with the ones I purchased there previously. Shop here or at Lost & Found (I am a devoted Jillian), but these two shops are the places to go for quality items with which to furnish your home. Furniture I have seen on the floor since we purchased our furniture looks really great, and if I had any room left to purchase even more furniture, there are pieces there I would love to have. I recommend this place as a must for anyone looking for quality used furniture and decorative items at a good price. Having looked at all the resale shops in the area, Air Park and Lost & Found are the only two I will return to, again and again. The rest you can skip, because they are very unprofessional or frustrating or overpriced or the staff is weirdly unpleasant. read more

I never write reviews but I felt compelled to write one about this company that I have been extremely disappointed with. My wife and I have been shopping at Airpark Consignment for 4+ years. In that time we believe we have become their best customer. We have spent over $60,000 in that store besides giving over $15,000 of furniture to consign of which we re- invested the commission from those sales having now spent over $75,000 in that store. We thought we became great friends with the owner Shelly. We confided in her and shared personal things about our lives with her in confidence. There were times that we were in her store every day and there weren't many times we didn't buy something. It was a joke when we left the store the employees would say "see you tomorrow". Shelly would give us very good deals on furnishings and we appreciated that very much. This continued for 4 years. The more we bought the more we saved. We also sent over a lot of furniture to her to sell. Along with customers, family etc. My wife is a stager and we have staged 6 homes completely with furniture we have purchased from her store. We have shared pictures with her of the homes and the furnishings. It was a great home away from home environment. I was happy to help out in the store as well. I helped carry out furniture for customers; I took apart furniture for customers to help load in their car. We felt we were part of the family there. However there is one employee there, who schleps the furniture around and places it in the store. She always seemed to have a not pleasant attitude towards us and was quite rude and resentful. I brought this up to the owner and she said she gets commission and when Shelly sells items to us at a lesser price she gets an attitude. We have always been nice to this woman even though she was very rude to us. However she really meant nothing to us as we were dealing with the owner. The other day we also bought a table and 6 chairs. We were leaving for California the next day and were not able to pick up the furniture before then. We were gone for 10 days. Mind you in the 4 years we have been doing business with this company we always picked up furniture within 2 days. This was the first time we were not able to do so. When we got back the first day I had to go to the Dr. for chest pains. I was told not to lift anything...nothing serious thank goodness. When I came into the store at 10am sharp the next day the girl at the desk said "well I see you recovered from your chest pains quite quickly" in a sarcastic manor. I didn't think anything really of it at the time, but in hind sight another rude comment to a good customer. I went to the back and told the schleper lady that I was sorry we didn't pick up the furniture right away as this was our first chance. She right away got into my face and said "well you had time to go to California on vacation didn't you?" (with a real chastising, accusatory attitude) Well that was the last straw. I got very angry and told her in a loud voice that she had no right to speak to me that way and tell me when I can go on vacation or not. Now this had not been the first time she has gotten in our faces. There were many instances that we just humbled ourselves and ignored her rude comments. After leaving, the owner came out and I apologized for being loud and explained the situation. She said she appreciated the apology and said the women's delivery was not appropriate but defended her in a roundabout way. The next day we got a call from the owner and said we were not welcome in Airpark Consignment anymore! We could not believe our ears. This kind of treatment to their BEST CUSTOMER was beyond words. We were totally stabbed in the back by this owner. She was always so sweet to our faces but when the chips were down she felt we were her enemy. THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT! Is business practice 101. Not in this case.I guess. We told her that her store was the only one that we patronized. And that was true. But to be treated like this by an employee is unconscionable. I am 70 years old and been in retail all my life and am not a kid. I never experienced anything like this in my life! No good deed goes unpunished. read more

I live in a gated community in Troon North Scottsdale and had no idea how to sell my furniture. At Mastros one night, I joined in a conversation at the bar about Airpark Consignment. I visited the shoroom and was impressed with the buzz in the air. They came, picked up my used furniture, sold it and sent me a check.
