I bought the wrong size hinges & I misplaced the receipt. They had to get manager approval for the exchange. Waited patiently up front for the manager to come up for 10 minutes . He obviously had more important things to do . After 5 more minutes I walked towards the back to locate the manager myself and located him in the back stockroom be very condescending towards his employees and he was NOT discreet about it. Getting his attention, I was met with attitude. SIMON ...was his name and he's not very good at his job . When explaining to him my situation and mistake and having no receipt and buy the wrong size hinges , I was spoken to and lectured as if I was an ignorant , clueless kindergartener. The plumbing department is the biggest problem; items are constantly mislabeled or in the wrong spots, boxes don't match the shelves, and it's almost impossible to find the right part. There's rarely anyone around to help, and when someone does show up, they usually can't find the item either. It's discouraging and wastes a lot of time. My most recent visit was the last straw. I went to self‑checkout and told the employee that the item rang up higher than the shelf price. She wasn't a cashier, just one of the workers who stands near self‑checkout and assists customers when there's a problem, and instead of pulling up the item on her screen to verify the price (the way Home Depot does), she told me to leave my cart, walk all the way back across the store, take a picture of the shelf tag, and bring it back. As a customer, I had to do all the work myself. And sure enough, the item was mislabeled again. And when you're already frustrated, the last thing you want is to be charged for bags after spending good money. Home Depot doesn't do that, and it's just another example of how Lowe's makes the experience harder instead of easier. Between the mislabeled products, higher prices compared to Home Depot, and the lack of staff who know how to help, I've realized I always end up driving to Home Depot anyway. Lowe's is now my last resort, not my first stop.

Home Depot online website indicated the bottle was in Aisle 24. Nope it wasn't there. Luckily, I found a staff member and asked for his help. He looked it up on his device. He was able to find it for me. It was in the last aisle alongside the right side of the store. Thank you young man! Self-checkout was quick and easy. No long line. I paid for the bottle and left. I was in the store no more than 15 minutes. During my visit, I noticed the aisles were super clean with shiny floors. Well done for keeping the store tidy and comfortable. Thank you Home Depot! I also noticed there weren't very many staff members on the floor like it used to be. Not sure if it was because it was later in the day or what. Hope all is well for Home Depot.

I knew I had to do my part and try and fix it ,before we bought a new one . After some research and some very helpful you tube videos . I started searching for parts stores and stumbled upon ADCO. I gave them a call and spoke with I believe Tim was his name . He was very helpful and knowledgeable . And even offered to test some of the fuses for me , which I thought was awesome.thanks Tim! We found it had two fuses that went bad . After a good cleaning on the inside of the dryer and the fuse replacement . The Dryer was as good as new . All for under $100 including a voltage meter (bought elsewhere) . ADCO thank you for having a friendly and knowledgeable team ! You guys are awesome .
