I had my wife's credit card with the product.. she immediately began scanning the items that I was returning, and told me in a rude voice that none of these were purchased using the card I had scanned. I told her that I just purchased these the day before using this credit card and I was legitimately confused why I wouldn't show up, granted I did not have my paper receipt. I asked her if I could just get cash back then and she was genuinely rude and said absolutely not! And told me that there is a slight possibility I could maybe get Store credit but she wasn't even sure if that could happen. Thank God, my son found the receipt in the car and we brought it in and the return was made. You think that being in customer service/returns department, Home Depot would put their best and brightest folks forward to showcase their customer service abilities, this was not the case, dealing with Itzel. She was short, and rude with her demeanor, and the entire time half of her face was blocked off by a mask, which is her choice, but coupled with mumbling/ low voice made it extremely hard to understand.
