I bought a stihl weedeater there. I needed a replacement head. the first time I went, the manager…read morewas doing a training session out in the parking lot, and the person that they left in the store had no clue what was going on. He had no idea what line would fit my weedeater. The next time I went, they took my name and number and we're gonna have the pieces I needed sent from another store. That was two weeks ago and I still haven't received a phone call. There's 15 people in that store and absolutely nobody will help you. Their selection is good on some of the stuff they have but what good is that if you can't get extra parts or anybody that knows what you're talking about. I should've never bought that brand. Back to and Ace Hardware sucks. As far as the value goes, who knows they can't seem to tell me what I need. They sell the stuff but don't expect to get any parts there because nobody knows.

Man, a lot of people are very upset about this store. I don't discount their experiences, but all…read moreof mine have been downright overwhelmingly positive. This is the only Home Depot where I've been able to easily get an associate to help me during every visit. All associates have been incredibly kind hearted and eager to be of assistance. The best thing was one of the guys taking the time to help me load my car. This brave mad lad picked up wood with no gloves on and somehow has always managed to avoid splinters. He must be the real life Luke Cage with that impenetrable skin!
