These guys deserve a very high recommendation based on character of their people alone…read more I had a bracket that came off the brakes of my truck that hold my brake lines, and one of their technicians in a van was kind and generous enough to me to provide me some zip ties to get me back on the road. I know it seems like such a trivial gesture, but it means a lot because he did not even hesitate and even waited after I was through to make sure that I didn't need anything else and offered to allow me to use his knife to cut off the oversized lengths that were left over. I am back on the road and give these guys five stars based on their human nature and character of the people they have within their company.

He did an incredible job in only a few hours, installed a needed second strap (per code) and also installed a pan under the hot water heater, which the original one did not have, hooked up a new expansion tank, and hooked up the recirc hardware I have so we can get hot water instantly; and they did it all for less than I expected to pay Also, along with the standard six year hot water heater warranty from Rheem, Dino included a matching six year warranty on labor if needed. Unfortunately, the conversion didn't work out very well, but not for lack of effort by David and John, the technicians who responded to my call. They made three trips out to my house to work on the table, and ran all over town in between trips, trying to locate the right parts for the job. In the final analysis, however, nothing they did could get the table working correctly with natural gas. Despite the fact that the operation was a failure, I'm very pleased to recommend Snow Canyon H&C to anyone in need of HVAC services. The office manager, Marilyn was courteous and efficient, and I just can't say enough good things about David and John, who steadfastly refused to take any money (not even a tip) for their several hours of work. Thank you Snow Canyon. You can be sure I'll call you first whenever I need HVAC support."

This guy a few years back helped to diagnose a problem, but we really needed a more efficient…read moresystem. When our house was new, the system installed was inadequate and we had hot and cold spots. We replaced our old with a larger capacity unit and many know, who have three system houses it can be quite expensive. Our new system has wade our entire house more comfortable and we actually spend less on cooling and heating. Today I called on a simple problem, we discussed it, and I had spare parts he left me with from the old unit he replaced and gave me. I like the idea that I can trust a contractor, and find simple solutions to simple problems. I don't suggest anyone mess with a AC condenser, but I am half crazy enough to try. Anyways, when my repair job goes out, SC Heating and cooling will be replacing or fixing it, without a doubt. Thanks,
