The furnace was absolutely filthy!!! The one technician said it's common for new homes to have their furnaces used with no filter whatsoever and based on the condition of my furnace, that's exactly what it looked like they did. I can't even imagine what would have happened if I didn't have the cleaning. I have never seen a filter so dirty in my entire life! How the furnace was even running should be considered a miracle!!! So all that to say, if you have a new build, you should really consider having your furnace checked. And at four years old, the vents here were atrocious. I am so so thankful I called this company. He asked if we had questions prior to him starting. Price did increase from our first service in 2022 (nearly doubled) and it took some negotiating to bring the cost down but they worked with us. After the fact, found out the price was actually $206.....I asked for an explanation from the main office and got a lame response of "did you tell the tech that you were using the special"? Anyway, no further response and even though the carpet is clean, the blatant overcharge and BS response to my question makes me a future non-customer and I urge you to do the same.
