I was told beforehand to bring my ID, which I did. When I arrived, I was then asked to have a picture taken of my driver's license. I was uncomfortable with having my full license information, including my driver's license number, photographed, and I explained that. Instead of handling the situation professionally, the interaction quickly became confrontational. The person I spoke with on the phone was disrespectful and spoke to me in a way that I felt was completely unnecessary for a simple check pickup. I was even told, in a very rude manner, that I could "go get my freaking brother." I understand businesses have procedures they need to follow, but there is a professional way to communicate those procedures with people. I came in respectfully and expected the same treatment in return. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. I'm leaving this review because customer service matters, and I hope management takes situations like this seriously and makes sure customers are treated with basic courtesy and respect.

I'm still being billed for the original plan which I cancelled more than two months ago. Trying to talk to these reps is next to impossible. They said that cancellation must be done within 60 days. I cancelled after 3 weeks. All I have been told is that I have to pay this invoice. How many more people are being duped by this unfair business practice? More people should speak up and a letter to the Attorney General for the State of Pennsylvania seems to be in order.
