Our project manager, Arthur was on-time for the scoping appointment. He took time to understand our needs, investigated the attic, ducts and all the existing equipment, before making any recommendations. He designed the optimal system for our house to be cost effective, provide highest comfort and be energy efficient. He was not pushy and was upfront about the ballpark estimates and timeline. He also walked us thru the various rebates that are available for the replacements from local utilities. Arthur's quote was very competitive, in fact better than those quoted to us by Costco referred contractors. Nur's installation crew - Eldar, Bhakridin, were very professional and thorough. They didn't rush the job and left the job site clean and clutter free each day. They accommodated our requests for placing the electrical wires and conduits so they are not in the way. All the equipment both indoor and outdoor were cleanly laid out, secured and wiped down before hand off. Always smiling and respectful, one of the best installation crew we have had. As a white glove contractor they took care of all the permitting, inspection paperwork w/ the city, all the paper work for us to receive the rebates. They even completed the warranty registration with the manufacturers for all the equipment! We would highly recommend Arthur and Nur HVAC to anyone in the Bay Area needing heating and cooling solutions. We would definitely be going back to them ourselves when the need arises.

They are diligent and timely with their responses and scheduling. Adlan came out and diagnosed our 20 year old A/C system and was able to revive it, but prepared us with options for the future should the system go out again. He was extremely thorough in explaining these in layman terms. HVAC systems will always need maintenance and repairs, that's a given. However, I know that I have an honest, value-added, and well-run company to work with in NUR. Highly recommended!

Therma Tech installation team leader and members completed the job right on schedule. They were on time, courteous, patient in answering our questions, and kept the work area clean. The team leader and home office kept us informed of the process and the next steps thru out the whole time. We feel the costs we paid for the job were competitive. We would recommend Therma Tech to our friends and neighbors w/o hesitation.

Henry arrived, clearly explained each step of his diagnostic process, and quickly identified that the transformer and contactor were the actual issues. He completed the repair in about an hour and charged me $540 total, saving me roughly $2,500 compared with the previous quote. What impressed me most was Henry's honesty, expertise, and transparency. He did not try to upsell me or replace parts that were not needed. He took the time to explain what had failed, why the system was not powering on, and what he was doing to fix it. It is rare to find an HVAC company that combines strong technical knowledge with fair pricing and integrity. I would absolutely recommend ThermaTech to anyone looking for an honest and skilled HVAC professional.

This included removal of the old units and ductwork, new ducting throughout, a two-zone ducted heat pump system with two new air handlers, an outdoor heat pump, and a ceiling-mounted cassette unit for our primary suite (a room that gets a lot of direct sun and had always been tough to keep cool with the old system). Teodor, our project manager, did a great job assessing our home and specifying the system. The installation crew, Azamat and Val, did excellent, careful work removing the old system, running new ductwork, and installing all the new equipment. The install took about 7 days. Communication was great throughout; scheduling, installation, and permitting all went smoothly.

Fuse came in significantly lower priced than everyone for a superior system. We wanted to add an additional vent on the main floor, and some dampers for a few of the vents and everything went like butter. Lex and Maxat were the nicest people, arrived on time, left at 6pm each day leaving the house clean. It was a 3 day install and they finished on the third day. Beyond what they needed to do, Lex walked through things that would be checked by the inspectors even on work they didn't do (GFCI plugs close to where the old unit was), and walked me through why they did some of the things they did because I was curious. We're 3 days in so far, but the installation experience was great, and the daikin system is cooling the house great (and I can already see from the energy monitoring systems we have, it's so much more efficient!).
