Very poor response to my needs. I rarely cite a company for an absence of professionalism but I feel the need to in this case to spare others. First off: they took almost 3 weeks to return my initial call (I had given up on them). Lawrence convinced me to meet. We arranged a date, I took off work. Night before = text from Lawrence "Can we push it back a day?" I agree. Took another day off work. Next days text: "Can't meet today, I got a flat in my truck." I emailed back: "OK when next week?" No response. Sent a second text days later: "Are you serious about this please let me know one way or the other." Again, zero response for two weeks. I am pretty pissed off an disappointed. Spare yourself the trouble of this company. read more

I'm a facility manager for a three-story office building in Wilmington. AQR cleaned the building's kitchen exhaust vents in a marathon 10-hour beginning-to-end job (as the work had gone unperformed prior to my arrival). Thorough, professional, and unfailingly polite, personnel were a delight to deal with as well as truly knowledgeable. Looking forward to a continuing business relationship. I had a musty odor coming from my air conditioning vents when the A/C was turned on. It was very bad and affected my breathing. I contacted Air Quality Remediation for help. I spoke with Lawrence Maichle, Operations Manager. He was very knowledgeable, professional and encouraging that they could help me. I had researched what is required to remedy the musty odor problem and the cost. Therefore, i agreed to have AQR (Air Quality Remediation) fix the problem. Lawrence came to my house to assess the problem. He discovered that i had "white mold" in the crawl space. He took pictures and explained to me exactly what would be done and that he would re-inspect the premises when the work was complete to make sure everything was done according to the agreement. These men did an excellent job! It took one week, as indicated in the work order. Lawrence returned on the last day to re-inspect everything and took after pictures. I am pleased with the work done and would definitely recommend AQR for mold remediation! Great job guys, especially, Lawrence M! read more
