I haven't called on them for plumbing service, but their heating & A/C people know their stuff. When I've called them to fix my A/C, they've not only fixed my main problem, but have also done other little fixes (e.g., replace a section of insulated ductwork that had a hole in it) or give helpful tips (e.g., use this type of furnace filter, not this other type). Like any home service company, they can get backed up during "crunch" times. If you're calling them because your A/C broke on the first 90-degree day of the year, you're going to wait a few days. In general, though, they're not going to leave you hanging, especially for routine repair work. Their prices are reasonable, though, and their people are knowledgeable - qualities you want when it's someone working on your home.

So I called(about 2:45pm) and was told they were still coming. No one came, no one called. To this day, 7 days later, no one from this company has yet to call to offer an explanation or an apology. Not only will I never call them again but I will never recommend them either. Terrible customer service is an understatement. The next day I called one of their competitors and they were out in less than 30 minutes, found the issue, and made repairs. That's how you gain a lifelong customer.
