For the installation, Murray, Mario, and Andrew did an excellent job. All three were professional, courteous, respectful of our home, took time to explain what was occurring throughout the process, and clearly took pride in their work. They kept things organized throughout the installation and, most importantly, cleaned everything up when they were finished and put our house back in order. The pricing was a lot lower than I even imagined, especially after dealing with another AC service provider (which I will never do business with again after the great service and pricing from Anthony and the crew). Was scheduled to have work start by 9/1 but received a call from Anthony advising that his crew would be out a day sooner to help with the heatwave. A new AC unit and furnace were installed along with everything that goes with it. They even did some drywall work! Anthony and the crew at Diamond Air are our go to ac and furnace providers. I begged him to send someone out on a Saturday - so rare! But Eduardo came as promised, spent an hour thoroughly examining our unit, confirming there was no electrical issue, but gave us the honest diagnosis that as our unit was so old, it would be extremely difficult to source parts. He said he could put a bandaid on it and keep revisiting the issue or we could invest in a new unit and even lower our electricity bill that way. We took the second option - and we are glad we did! AJ, Pablo and Marco came bright and early on Monday to work on everything. As I worked from home, I did not hear a peep from them. They did everything quietly and were a well-oiled machine.
