JG was prompt on getting back to us right away with an estimate. We then spoke to Amanda who helped us figure what we needed and book us a time and day. The owner Jimmy arrived with Oscar to take care of us that day. They gave us a text about a 1/2 hr before that they were in route. Jimmy was very friendly and explained everything as he was working, showing us videos of the inside of the vents as he started cleaning them. They worked promptly to look around the house to start working. They first covered all the vents and brought in their equipment. Each Individual vent was cleaned. Th package included the dryer vent and furnace but we paid extra to get the bathroom fan cleaned inside and thru the outside. They cleaned up and were done in about 1.5 hrs for our 2600'sq ft house. I hooked it up for him, he took my air conditioner apart and cleaned it with my hose. Then he told me I needed to buy a new air conditioner that he said would cost $7000-10,000, but he is not a sales person. I paid him $250, even though I was told on the phone it would be $79. He ran and got in his truck and did not give a receipt and did not clean up the mess he made. I think he was very dishonest. He said his Dad taught him. It is still very Hot in my house. It was a waste to have him come and I should not have paid that much for 1 hour or less of work. I would not recommend this company!!
