The garage is tough getting into at 8am when coming from downtown Lufkin due to the heavy in-bound traffic into the city. Next time we will drop it off the day prior if possible to save the long wait to turn. The shop called me with an estimate and once I authorized the repair, they called to let me know it was finished. The price seemed fair for the work done and the air conditioning is once again blowing cold air. I would say the combination of good customer service and fair pricing makes this an excellent place to get your car repaired . Upon arrival they tell her that they would need to hook the car up to a diagnostic machine to see what was wrong with the headlight, but the only person that could run the diagnostic machine wasn't there today so she should set up another appointment for next week. What a freaking joke and complete waste of time. Someone should be fired.
