The garage is tough getting into at 8am when coming from downtown Lufkin due to the heavy in-bound traffic into the city. Next time we will drop it off the day prior if possible to save the long wait to turn. The shop called me with an estimate and once I authorized the repair, they called to let me know it was finished. The price seemed fair for the work done and the air conditioning is once again blowing cold air. I would say the combination of good customer service and fair pricing makes this an excellent place to get your car repaired . From the number of cars and trucks in the lot, I'd guess many others have also come to this conclusion . They were voted one of the Best of Lufkin Car Repair shops and we have to agree.

I finalized the acquisition, and the vehicle was ready before the expected day promised and had all the add-on's I requested. Paperwork was done when I arrived, and I was in and out quickly. Seth took the time to explain features of the truck to me that I was unfamiliar with, helped me pair my phone with the system, and patiently answered my questions. Very personable and professional dealership to deal with. On top of that, Loving Toyota had the best out the door price for the vehicle. In fairness, several Houston area dealerships were responsive to my request, but were not the lowest price for the vehicle.

Upon arrival the service technician (person who checks car in) told me I had no appt at 4:30 for tec to program a key to my car. I showed him the email I had been sent. One for each service at time I was told to arrive.He informed me service dept didn't have the remote unit as they had said. Do not regret your $$$Thousand Dollar$$$ PURCHASE. I have Recorded and Documented Proof! Bought 2019 Honda Passport 12/2024. Driving it home, there was an incredible vibration in the front. At first, shop manager said it was the anti-lock. Finally he agreed and did admit that the car had been wrecked left front wheel. They Turned the front rotors, which were warped. And rotated the tires. None of the worked Lufkin Ford performed shows up on carfax, but when the car was wrecked, they took it to Loving Honda because the braking sensor warning light would still come on.
