The garage is tough getting into at 8am when coming from downtown Lufkin due to the heavy in-bound traffic into the city. Next time we will drop it off the day prior if possible to save the long wait to turn. The shop called me with an estimate and once I authorized the repair, they called to let me know it was finished. The price seemed fair for the work done and the air conditioning is once again blowing cold air. I would say the combination of good customer service and fair pricing makes this an excellent place to get your car repaired . From the number of cars and trucks in the lot, I'd guess many others have also come to this conclusion . They were voted one of the Best of Lufkin Car Repair shops and we have to agree.

One for each service at time I was told to arrive.He informed me service dept didn't have the remote unit as they had said. Do not regret your $$$Thousand Dollar$$$ PURCHASE. I have Recorded and Documented Proof! Bought 2019 Honda Passport 12/2024. Driving it home, there was an incredible vibration in the front. At first, shop manager said it was the anti-lock. Finally he agreed and did admit that the car had been wrecked left front wheel. They Turned the front rotors, which were warped. And rotated the tires. None of the worked Lufkin Ford performed shows up on carfax, but when the car was wrecked, they took it to Loving Honda because the braking sensor warning light would still come on. The only reason why I checked a star is because there is not nothing for zero star…read more Let's get one thing straight the only reason why we had to return so many times is because the extended warranty company sent use here and the warranty on the parts & lab wouldn't be covered if we went somewhere else. Unfortunately, this is the third time we had to take our car here due to the same problem accruing. The first time they changed the turbo on car, we had to return after 3 days due to them putting the turbo in backwards. The second time is they said the turbo was compatible with the fuel pump and the turbo was bad, so they changed both. On March the 16, 2026 we had the car towed due to the same issue. Here is where it gets really interesting. They then told us they didn't have the proper tools to change, and we would need to have to go to another company. So, we had to have towed to another shop 1/2 mile down the road (another tow expense). This shop told us they couldn't fix the turbo due to not having the right equipment. And they said it needed to go to the dealership. So, it was towed again to Kia 1 1/2 miles down the road (another tow expense). Kia told us that it needed a new motor and turbo (again). But it was to be sent back to Firestone for them to change turbo before replacing the motor. Long story short it went back to firestone and since they couldn't change the motor we had to get it 2 hours away to another shop. Finaly, we get it from the shop that replaced the motor. Due to the warranty on the turbo, we had to get it yes back to Firestone. After all this time on May 22, 2026, we were told the turbo was in at Firestone and they guaranteed it would be ready Saturday on the 23rd. My husband & I made sure to have the car before they opened on the 23rd. They told us they will call when complete. after back-and-forth Monday comes rolling around and Chis the manager said they didn't even have the turbo yet. Imagine our frustration again. So, after getting the run around I called corporate. After that we finally got the car back June 1st.
