I have a coastal vacation rental property/condo that also serves part time as my own home. Air Concierge has managed my property as a vacation rental for a few years now. There are not enough adjectives to describe how incredible our Air Concierge team has been in getting our house ready to short-term rent. Claire Ellinwood has been a dream come true. In only a matter of 3 weeks, she has done the following: - Helped price compare 3 hot tubs by getting three quotes and is currently coordinating the installation of the tub while we can't be there - Arranged a trash haul - Pickedup and arranged the assembly of a bunk bed in a guest room - Helped pick out, arranged pickup, and arranged installation of a new guest shower - Performed 2 walkthroughs of the property with numerous ideas for safety and aesthetic upgrades to make the space a better rental property - Responded to more than 50 emails from me and my wife with questions and responded quickly! Never waited more than a day for a response I am sure I am overlooking something else wonderful she has done, but she is a 10/10. The company is a perfect fit for me and my wife and we could not be happier. I cannot say enough good things about the Air Concierge experience! They were fantastic to work with and I would highly recommend them to others. The response time and care of communication with Air Concierge is outstanding and increased the value of renting this property in our opinion. We rented a home from AC in Desert Valley, AZ. They thought of every detail you could imagine. The kitchen had everything you need from a wonderful assortment of spices, oils and pantry items to Keurig coffee. It was a welcome touch to have a few staples in the fridge and cupboards when we arrived. Everything provided in this property was quality from Bosch, Frididaire and Breville appliances to the Calphalon cookware and Zwilling cutlery. This place is well organized and a class act. Bathrooms/Bathrooms were well equipped with nice bedding, plenty of nice towels, shampoo, conditioner and bath soap (that smells like AVEDA) along with air fresheners, cleaning supplies, curling iron, hair dryer and even a heating pad. Air Concierge is hands down the best short term rental company around, and I say that as both a property owner and as a patron. As an owner, they are responsive, attentive, and professional, and they will make sure all your guests are happy and enjoying their stay.  Peace of mind is extremely important as a property owner. I never have any concern with Air Concierge. I've also stayed at properties managed by Air Concierge, and it has always been amazing. They really hold themselves to a high standard in terms of the places they manage, so you know the property is going to be good when you book. A lot of places on AirBnB (and I've stayed in a bunch) can almost be a bait-and-switch--you get there and realize the place looks nothing like the photos, or the amenities listed aren't correct, etc. You don't have to worry about that with Air Concierge, and they are constantly updating their listings to make sure you know what you're getting. We've been using Air Concierge for a couple years now. They are great - we've found it has been difficult to manage our property remotely and it brings a good peace of mind that they will take care of the house. Austen is always helping with things around the house - he even got out and did some shoveling in the middle of the night because heavy snow fall had impacted the water heater. The number one thing when it comes to rentals is the cleanliness and we've got 4.9 stars with the only glitch being a disgruntled renter wanting a free stay. Things aren't always perfect as it is a lot to manage, especially with winters like what we just had as well as finding quality vendors for help outside what Air Concierge does but the team is very responsive, and as mentioned, very clean/organized. Way better than any other experience we've had with other cleaners/property managers. We were a bit apprehensive about short-term rental of our upscale resort-area condominium and held off doing it for a long time.. Our main concern was whether the net rental income would make the venture worthwhile. Then, some friends in the same complex told us about their positive experience with Air Concierge, so we listed. Ryan, Daniel and his team were all incredibly helpful in the process and answered all of our questions. The rental was posted for a few weeks (we were looking for a holiday rental only) and Ryan advised us weekly on the interest level and best pricing policies for our particular area. Needless to say, our condo was rented at an incredible price and has helped our family income immensely. For a company with a footprint as established as Air Concierge, we were blown away by the detail the company brought to our rental. Host was quick to respond! Apartment unit was on the 2nd floor of 4 floors with about 16 units total. There is an elevator to use or stairs off the garage so very accessible either way. Laundry machines were downstairs by the garage and easy to use. Garage can only fit a small-medium car as they said. It was nice to have beach stuff since we flew here from TX. Several beach chairs, towels, sand toys, and a surf board which our teenage son really enjoyed using for his first ever try at surfing. He's 6'3" and it worked great for him! Mission Beach has lots of interesting people on it - I wouldn't go out at night alone. But I loved the access to restaurants, beach rentals, wide sidewalk, etc. AC unit was hooked up in the kitchen and made it chilly in the kitchen, but not the rest of the house. But it was bearable with 2 fans in living room and bedroom (plus they act as sound machines too). Couch had a cover on it so sofa bed was not easily accessible, but it was comfy. read more

We needed a place to accommodate myself, daughter and husband comfortably for a week in Palm Springs, and our time at the Desert Diamond Retreat house was a perfect fit. The house is a beautiful example of the lovely Mid-Century Modern homes throughout Palm Springs, and additionally, with an historic presence as it is one of seven built in 1962. If you appreciate the MCM aesthetic then you will truly enjoy your time in this absolutely precious house. The furnishings are also reminiscent of MCM aesthetic, as well as clean and comfortable. The house is equipped with everything you need for cooking should you choose to eat in, linens, shampoo, soap and washer and dryer. The beds were comfortable and neighborhood quiet. The landscaping, pool area and mountain views were also a plus. My husband was in Palm Springs on business, yet plenty of room for him to work, when necessary at the house, while my daughter and I got to be "on holiday." This house is an absolute gem! read more

The La Mesa property was such a great fit for our family. We couldn't wait to get "home" each day to spend time in the pool and hot tub and on a couple of evenings, when it got chilly, we enjoyed gathering around the sunken firepit! The air hockey table provided good entertainment for the kids (and some of the adults) and a couple of us enjoyed watching a movie in the theater room while others met up with friends at Ocean Beach. Everyone loved the home's decor and commented about how it exudes positive, happy vibes. The property hosts were extremely proactive and responsive. We also liked that we didn't have to do a lot at check-out, though my goal is always to leave a property as close as possible to the condition we found at check-in. Our family had an excellent stay at this Airbnb! The hosts were incredibly responsive, which made our entire experience smooth from start to finish. The property itself was impeccably clean and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We particularly appreciated the attention to detail in providing all the necessary amenities. One of the biggest highlights was the location - being close to the beach was perfect for our family outings. We loved being able to easily access the shore for some fun in the sun. The accommodations were very comfortable, allowing our family of two adults and two children to relax and enjoy our time together. Waterfront Landing is a great location for precruising in Seattle. We had a wonderful stay and there was plenty of room for the 2 couples providing privacy. The condo is well equipped with all you need for eating in, relaxing and getting your day started. The beds are comfortable with comfy pillows. Great location to check out everything on the waterfront, delicious restaurants. There is a Free shuttle that can get you around the waterfront, including up to the Space Needle, Pioneer Square, and more. If you're leaving on a cruise from Pier 66 it is a simple walk across the street, or want a place for after the cruise this is the perfect location. You won't be disappointed. Communication from Air Concierge is on point, they are responsive to messages and value feedback on ways to improve the property. There is parking, however we didn't use it because of being able to easily get to things. read more

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb and would absolutely give it 5 stars across the board! The location was perfect--close to OB, Mission Beach, and Point Loma, yet peaceful and quiet at night. It was the ideal spot for relaxing and exploring the area. The home was spotless, well-stocked, and exactly as described. The amenities really made the stay comfortable--from the fully equipped kitchen and cozy bedding to the fast Wi-Fi and thoughtful touches like the grill, beach chairs, beach toys, and beach towels. Everything was clearly well-maintained and designed with guests in mind. The host was incredibly responsive and welcoming, making the check-in process smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciated their hospitality and attention to detail. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable stay. The cottage was very cozy, perfect for two people and even for three. I was there with my two sisters for ten days and we were comfortable and felt at home. The cottage is located in a quiet neighborhood, close to Old Town which is an area with Mexican roots close to transportation, shops, restaurants and historical buildings. We didn't have a car and relied on walking, taking buses, trolleys and Ubers. There were no grocery shops or supermarkets nearby so we had to take an Uber to get a few things for breakfast. The place was clean and had several different air conditioning devices and fans which was great because it was hot while we were there. We contacted the management for some minor issues and they responded within ten minutes with suggestions and solutions. I definitely recommend this place, it is cute, has nice decorations and it beats staying in a hotel. read more

Have been going to San Diego multiple times a year for as long as I can remember. This is one of the best places Ive stayed. Great location to beach, restaurants, and local attractions. Air Concierge and the hosts were always easy to get ahold of and kept in contact to check up to make sure everything was as expected. They supplied the unit with the essentials and even more than expected when it came to beach gear (pleasant surprise). The unit was cleanly and comfortable and felt like home away from home. I believe you pay for what you get. Like everything in San Diego it is a bit expensive, but we knew this going into it. I feel we got good bang for our buck especially if you're splitting it with family or friends. The unit is set up that both rooms have plenty of privacy and has a common area to congregate.
