I filled out a form online to schedule service which was the first thing that attracted them to me because i had already made several calls to other repair companies and they either didnt answer or they told me they couldnt help for several days or they were just too expensive to get them to come out. Jorken Services replied to me within 10 minutes of me filling out the form online. I had explained my mothers situation to them in my original request telling them about my mothers financial state and the urgency of the call. I first recieved an email from them saying that a technician had already been assigned and would be calling me shortly. Before I even finished reading the email, the technician was calling me. He already knew what was needed and said that he was told to do his best to keep costs to a minimum. I had originally set it up when I filled out the formfor the following monday but he was willing to come straight out. All up it was less than an hour between my initial email to them and the time the technician arrived at my Mothers house. He took a look at it, told my mother that it was nothing serious and that he could fix it on the spot for just the service call charge. He had the machine fixed in a jiffy and then even changed out the filters in her furnace for my mother as well. He then sat down with my mother and explained to her all he had done and gave her information and tips on her oven and even tightened up a fitting on her disposal under the sink that had been leaking for ever. All this and all he charged was a minimal service call. This company is a credit to its industry where so many now just seem to want to rip the elderly off this company bought a little sunshine back into my mothers day as well as giving me a feeling of comfort that if my mother had any other issues with her appliances or her heater or ac that I can now call someone that knows how to treat people. You really will be doing yourself a favour if you pick this company to fix your home appliances. Thanks again to Mr Jorken and the technician who came out.

    We used them for a warranty call on our air conditioning in the summer of 23. Here was our basic…read moreexperience: 1. Our home warranty and rep for them were amazing! In addition to the entire cost being covered to replace our ECM and blower motor (less an $85 deductible), due to the delay they offered to help us buy some fans (which we did) and more. They were extremely communicative and responsive and at every communication point, let us know how much they cared. BTW, that's with First American Home Warranty. 2. The contractor they assigned us to was R&R Mechanical out of Jenks. They also own two other businesses there, Peace Frogs and a house/pet sitting service. R&R Mechanical's refusal to communicate in any way made this whole situation worse. Their main company phone number on google wouldn't even ring and they didn't have a voicemail set up. Just no way to call. My rep for the warranty company has been a family friend for ages so she shared the mobile phone number for the owner. I called and texted (again, no voicemail set up). I never heard back from him. After speaking with the technician and explaining how much worse it makes things with no communication, he said his boss had 142 missed calls that week. That doesn't make me feel sorry for him, that makes me realize that everyone feels like I do. I suggested that if his boss wrote a generic text that offered concern, urgency, and a promise to follow up within 24 hours with better info, his phone calls would drop off by 90%. AND he would have happy customers and be less stressed. He could simply say something like this: "I'm so sorry that your parts are delayed. I am working daily with the supplier to get them in and will give you a better update by tomorrow. Please hang in there and know we are doing everything we can to help." But then, he HAS to actually follow up. The tech swore they didn't have 142 customers but just a handful of them were blowing his phone up. I said, not me. I've called him twice and texted twice, yet he's ignoring everyone. He was in total shut down mode. And by the way, NO FREAKING WAY are we trusting our beloved pets to someone who just shuts down and doesn't return calls when they get stressed. So, thanks for offering your other business services but, uh...NO THANKS. The guy may be great. My warranty rep friend loves him. But our experience was horrible and the lack of follow up (I've waited a few days to give him a chance to reach out) even worse. I can promise you no client, friend or anyone within shouting distance of me will ever do business with these guys if I can help steer them away. I do, by the way have a great air conditioning contractor and if I could have used them, I would have. And, FWIW, I had another ac call via the same warranty company earlier this year and that contractor was GREAT! It was just R&R Mechanical. It's not about being summer. It's not about being busy. It's not about anything except a lack of concern or respect for their clients. And the truth is that R&R Mechanical out of Jenks does not care about YOU.

The problem ticket was then handed over to R&R mechanical within 4 hrs. Jeff was on his way to come and fix our AC. The guy was 100% professional and worked in an attic that was ridiculously hot. So without a doubt, this company has earned my business. Mind you this is at the height of the summer when we have had the hottest week.Thanks Jeff for doing an amazing job!!

    service request moms called the company we have hired…read morepreviously for maintenancing the air conditioning unit to help resolve a plumbing issue at the house where her brother lives. the drainage system for the two toilets was in a state of complete backup, which was not catastrophic because of his proximity to her house, and the experiences he has with bedpans, but of course, is useful to have working. quality the service was excellent, with the crew of workers arriving quickly, from what i was let to know, and utilizing skill and commitment in the craft of plumbing to navigate the drainage system that connects from the roof through underneath the house. also, when i passed by after walking around the neighborhood, the worker, who we will call tall guy for now, started toward the bin when i'd called for him to open the lid of the recycling bin at the house for me to slam some trash off the street. value too much gas, climbing, and human interaction. tall guy, if you did not get the payment you need, (539) 525-5464. value

The technician was professional and courteous. The issue was not the work itself, but the lack of transparency and the lack of response afterward. I asked for a breakdown of parts and labor and whether there were any alternative options or pricing tiers. None were available, and no one could explain the pricing beyond "that's just what it is." The $3,100 charge for a water heater felt high, especially given that I was told there was only one option and no flexibility. I later received a call from the plumbing manager explaining that the higher cost was due to an extended warranty and the use of brass parts, which I appreciated. However, I still never received a clear breakdown or the ability to compare options. I followed up multiple times with management and ownership to share feedback and ask for clarification and never received a response. That lack of engagement is what ultimately led me to post this review. I'm sharing this so others know what to expect: the work itself may be fine, but if you have questions about cost, want to understand what you're paying for, or hope for engagement when concerns are raised, you may not get it. I'll be going elsewhere for plumbing work in the future. The photo attached is of a part that was left in my driveway -- not a major issue by itself, but it added to the overall impression of a rushed and impersonal experience.

    Paid 7,400.00 to have furnace replaced. Techs did not tape the manual to the unit, so our city…read moreinspection failed. Have contacted them twice to get this rectified, and they could not care less. Do not pay them in full until you pass the inspection. After reading they were purchased by Mullin, their lack of customer service now makes sense. Had I known that they were owned by Mullin, I would have called anyone else. I will continue to call every week until we pass inspection. I will have them do the fall check and move on to someone else. The longer it takes them to rectify, the lower their rating will get.
