The lounge is quite spacious with lots of seating , staff are friendly, professional and welcoming. Food as well as drink selections are great .

Very comfy seating in a well-designed, largish space. The food & drink options are rather limited by premium lounge standards, but what's there is entirely acceptable. Two kinds of Lavazza machines make for good coffee. There's several ways to fill your water bottles. I visited at breakfast time in July 2025- there were limited hot food options, some random cold breakfast items. Oddly, no pastries at all. I noticed beer taps, but no sign of wine or liquor. I had heard some negatives before visiting, but pleasantly surprised by how comfortable the space actually was. Comparison to the typicalk cramped US airport lounges isn't a high bar, tho. The big negative is zero noise dampening. It doesn't take many loud people to turn this from peaceful to noisy. Lots of natural light, runway views but they're blurred by a coating on the glass. Some paper magazines on offer. Air Canada has several maple leaf lounges because of the way YYZ is divided up. This listing matches the International non-US departures area on the map. I gather the lounges are all pretty similar and just vary by how busy they get.

The Air Canada Maple Leaf Lounge at Toronto Pearson Airport is pretty typical. There's a noticeable difference between the domestic and international lounges. The domestic lounge feels cramped -- like a sardine box -- not the most pleasant vibe. On the other hand, the international lounge is a step up. They offer a wide selection of drinks, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic. The food isn't anything to write home about, but it'll hold you over. Personally, I always enjoy any lounge experience, and once you're hooked, it's hard to go back to regular airport waiting areas. The lounges are self-serve, and service speed (in terms of table clearing) can vary. All in all, they're a solid way to kick off any travel adventure. Saluti

When we came it was pretty empty with lots of seating areas. The place was clean, there is a small and good variety buffet, and the service was solid.

I came to the maple leaf lounge as access was included with my first class ticket. I wasn't expecting much. Nothing overly thrilling, but it's free food and drinks. Everything is self served so you can help your self to as much or as little as you want. Knowing that meal service in first class is provided on the plane, I didn't get much at the lounge. I was just more curious of what the lounge offered. I thought the lounge was rather large with a lot of seating areas spread throughout. The lounge was better than waiting in the regular airport waiting areas. I don't know if I would pay for access to the lounge separately; but, it being included with my ticket, I had no complaints. I don't think lounges are for me as I like to roam and explore the airport shops.

This lounge in YYZ is soooooo much better than the super tiny Plaza Premium Lounge located at the transborder. This one is very large with so much space, although I know it still gets full during peak hours as all lounges do. I thought the food and drink selection was pretty good. I came here during breakfast though, and I like most breakfast foods. I really liked most of the hot breakfast foods, and they had good fruit too. They had a large collection a lot of cold and hot drinks as well. They did not have the grab and go section that I have heard is usually there, so I just smuggled a muffin away. This chocolate muffin was unfortunately not Paris olympics level. It tasted good, but it was so crumbly that I couldn't really eat the bottom half because it all crumbled away. I haven't been to another Maple Leaf Lounge before, so I don't have a good comparison. In my limited lounge experience, this was one of the better lounges I've been to.

Came by the Maple Leaf lounge the other day and it was a lacklustre experience. The lounge is located right after immigrations on the 4th floor. The lounge itself is dated. The check-in staff seemed bored although they were in uniform. Food options were available, from hot Korean inspired chicken and sliders to pasta for vegetarians. There was a full self-service bar with beer and spirits along with a fridge full of beverages. Coffee was limited to drip coffee and hot chocolate. Air conditioning was limited in the lounge although bearable. There was plenty of seating options along with a shower facility. Wifi was free.

This lounge is either hit or miss. I came here a few years ago and the food selection was better and there were more hot food selection. This time it's only few types with typical meatball, pasta and rice. The plates for the food buffet was dirty. Ie some had rice bits on. This lounge is usually loud and crowded, and they allow kids running around etc. The quadrant beside where we were sitting had 2 small children and they took up the entire seat portion with kids toys and bags etc. The kids were running around screaming and the staff didn't say anything. Overall if there's another lounge in your terminal area I'd recommend trying that instead.

Morning menu options are better, bit more and better options in the terminal

Nice clean lounge. Lots of seating options. The food selection was also above par. There are lots of charging ports which is handy.

Long wait about an hour on the waitlist before it got to me…read more Nice thing is they offer a takeout box option! When it got to my turn, since I had no time to spend in the lounge (too close to departure), A staff member scooped and boxed up the food for me, placed it nicely in a paper bag, gave me a bottle of water for me and my guest and I was on my way. I don't know what food was packed but I'm just glad I got to leave with something after the long wait. So kind and convenient!

The wait was about 20 minutes, which was reasonable. However, once inside, it was difficult to find a seat due to how packed it was. The hot food selection was very disappointing, and I honestly can't believe people pay $$$ for this level of service. The offerings included frozen basa fillet in a coconut-based sauce, overcooked chow mein, mayo-heavy coleslaw, and frozen chicken dumplings--overall worse than a decent food court meal, or even an average airplane meal. I understand that a domestic lounge may cater to short-stay travelers, but since international passengers are also being accommodated here, there should be a wider variety and better quality of hot food options.

I was also half dead with a cold and trying my best to hide it so they'd let me through the gates. First thing I noticed was that sleek, shiny, lounge-y atmosphere. Damn, this place looks like a hotel and was beautiful. Small, but with shiny wooden decor and large windows that looked out onto the runway. Off to one corner was a discreet area for a shower. This must be where the frequent flying elite brush up. I sat at one of the comfortable seats and just stared outside until I had to go. Blissful. One of the main benefits of the lounge is of course, free food and refreshments. I'm guessing they rotate through different international fare. That day, I was only up for something soupy because I was sick. Luckily for me, they had laksa noodles. Even more luckily for me, I found it very tasty. Sipping away at my laksa and unlimited earl grey tea certainly helped put me to sleep for 8 hours straight on the plane ride afterwards. Yes, there were more people than I thought there would be. Yes, there were a surprising amount of families and kids. But this isn't some 18+, extra exclusive lounge. If I have my family with me and earned/paid my way into the lounge, what am I gonna do? Leave my kids outside? I happened across a previous review that starts with: "It blows my mind when I see 4 and 5 star ratings for this lounge. Have you never been to another lounge before?" No, Jordan. I haven't. Because I'm a broke af young adult that just finished paying off college debts, goddammit. Chill. Let me enjoy your privilege for once. (17/100) - 2018

Small lounge at Pearson Airport (Terminal 3). I get in through the Visa Airport Companion program,…read moreand have luckily never experienced being waitlisted or turned away. Guess it's about timing though, as I've heard from my friends that it's always super crowded. The breakfast eggs are often overcooked to death, turning into this grey-greenish solid. And the cleanliness of the tables, plates, and cups are sometimes questionable. Around 11ish they start serving lunch, and the selection is slightly better than breakfast. I've come across their butter chicken curry a few times, and it's quite alright. There is a very limited selection of food and drink, but it's still a good enough place to charge your electronics and get comfortable before a flight.

Check-in process was simple, just had show my membership in the app. Upon entering found that the lounge was really small. Probably held about 50-60 guests. Most of the tables were in the back side of the lounge. The small bar was right in front of the entrance. On the left side of they had few more couches and booths. The food station had few dishes and salads. Drink station had soda dispenser and coffee machines. The dessert station was near the entrance. It wasn't surprising at all that they were at max capacity. I was really pleased with the food they served. The rice was so good, it had such nice aroma. The chicken was also delicious. I got multiple servings of both of them. The tap beer was also good. Staff members were working hard to keep restocking the station while also cleaning up all the tables with left over dishes and glasses. Despite the limited crowded space and messy stations, I was glad to find this lounge for some quick meal and drinks since this terminal has such limited choices, and most of them are mediocre. I'd be at this lounge every time now when I am traveling thru this terminal in Pearson.
