I feel that they took care of the problem on this visit, but I wouldn't hesitate for a minute to have them return if we needed them. We have used them in the past to eradicate fleas and it was done in a couple of applications. I would absolutely call them for any pest issues. Their customer service is top notch and their prices are more than reasonable. They have never pressured me to do any kind of contract with them. You won't be disappointed in their service. Highly recommend!

On the phone I was told the first visit was $260 and then it would be $39 each time they came out after that; was told they came out QUARTERLY. Initial visit went well, the agent was kind and listened to our concerns and checked out our problem areas. We didn't see any more spiders. My rating is missing stars due to the fact that communication with this company is terrible! I was being charged monthly $39/mo, the first time I noticed the charge, no one had even come out to spray (I work from home). I guess they come out monthly which is not what I was told by the phone agent when getting a quote, this drastically increased the overall cost. They don't let us know before they come out. I never received a bill, contract, or email receipt until today. I couldn't even log in to my account online because I was never given my account #. Today an agent actually left us a paper invoice and I was able to cancel service. Again when I explained the error in communication, the phone agent who cancelled my service explained the payment and amount of time they come out differently. STEER CLEAR! And if you have to use them, GET A PAPER CONTRACT AND ACCOUNT NUMBER AT THE FIRST VISIT.

We were originally quoted one price, but they continuously raised the rates and tacked on unmentioned charges. When we tried to resolve this, the office staff--specifically Tori and Jacob (the General Manager and Account Manager)--were completely unprofessional and dishonest about the costs. Furthermore, their "satisfaction guarantee" is completely meaningless. Technicians routinely failed to show up during their scheduled windows. Despite paying them, our rodent and bug issues were never resolved. My husband ultimately had to go to Walmart to buy DIY products just to get the situation under control. We will never use Orkin again. Save your money and find a company that actually delivers on its promises.

Our experience with Aptive Pest Control was extremely disappointing and demonstrated a complete…read morelack of reliability, communication, and customer service. Our most recent service appointment was scheduled with a four-hour arrival window, and we arranged our day accordingly. The technician never arrived. After the appointment window had passed and business hours were essentially over, we received only a text message stating that there had been vehicle problems. We agreed to reschedule for the very next day, expecting the issue had been resolved. Once again, no technician arrived, and this time we received no phone call, text message, or explanation whatsoever. We were simply left waiting. To make matters worse, Aptive's automated scheduling system then sent a notification stating that our appointment had been rescheduled for the Fourth of July--a national holiday--without anyone contacting us to determine whether we would even be available. When we called customer service to have the appointment moved to the following Monday, we also asked why no one had shown up for the second scheduled visit. We were told that the technician had experienced problems with the company's routing application. While occasional issues can happen in any business, repeatedly failing to provide service, coupled with a complete lack of proactive communication, is unacceptable. Perhaps the most frustrating aspect of the entire experience was the inability to reach or speak with anyone at the local level who could address the problem or take ownership of resolving it. Everything had to go through a centralized customer service system, leaving us with no confidence that future appointments would be any more dependable. After two missed appointments, multiple conflicting explanations, poor communication, and an automated system that appeared to reschedule appointments without regard for the customer's availability, we concluded that we could no longer trust Aptive Pest Control to provide dependable service. We ultimately cancelled our contract. Dependability and communication are fundamental expectations of any service company. Unfortunately, Aptive failed on both counts.

Truly False advertisement, my wife have had them for 5 years, before we called to cancel our Terrible Service. They never called that day, or Ever! Now the reason we Fired them....they charged us 80.00 every other month, to spray inside outside the house. When they first started, besides spraying, they cleaned & sprayed for spiders, other bugs, spent about 30 minutes at our house. But about the last six months or so, they were here for 10 minutes tops. We had a Ant problem, ( ants from last time sprayed, 2 months ago) called them, the guy said he was busy but would try to make it out. Our regular schedule time was 3 weeks out. He never showed up till our regular monthly appointment. 10 minutes he was gone, Ants still a problem. I wouldn't use Orkin At All Ever Again.

It's been almost a month now since they messed up with spraying and they haven't been back yet to fix the problem. Unfortunately this is just a poorly run company that needs some classes on how to run and operate a business. Possibly hiring a college intern from a community college could greatly benefit this company in how to operate in the world we live in today. I think it's a safe thing to say that if you need any pest control services that it's best to look elsewhere.
