We weren't planning on purchasing new shades so soon after purchasing our home, but when one of our shades tore, we turned to AIM. We had recieved a 'welcome to the neighborhood' coupon. From scheduling an estimate, ordering and purchasing shades to installation completion all AIM employees were knowledegable, efficient, friendly and professional. We had several windows that still had regular blinds that were kind of beat up and needed to match two different colors of high-quality plantation shutters. They came out and did accurate measurements and were able to work with some windows that were different by being innovative and building onto the frame if necessary. He walked us through all of the different option making sure that we went with the best fit for our home/needs. He was very transparent about timing and follow up throughout the process. The blinds came in and installed in exactly the time frame he said. There was no question of whether it was going to get done or not at any point. I truly appreciate the transparency, very hard to come by these days. The instal day came and the two gentlemen, Dustin & Larry, were Incredible. 5/5 would recommend. I was given a 1 hour window for them to show up. Most company's show up at the later of the window and your whole day is shot. Not these guys! They were very punctual and professional. They laid down a tarp to not scratch the floors with any equipment. We had 4 windows done and Dustin and Larry were in and out in less than an hour. They took time to show us the blinds and make sure it was done to our satisfaction. I would hire both of these guys to work for my company in a heartbeat. I appreciate them working on a Saturday to accommodate our schedules. AIM Home installed 17 cellular shades in our home. Kevin was very helpful in the selection of the type of cellular shade and the color. The cellular shades were delivered and installed a week before promised. The install group of men were very professional and respectful of my home. They put on booties before they walked in and cleaned up any mess they made. One of the installers called out there was an issue with one of the blinds and that he would replace the damaged cellular shade with a new one. I LOVE the look of my window cellular shades. Kevin was spot on the color and the mechanism to lift from the bottom or drop from the top down is so easy to use. I am glad we decided to upgrade this mechanism. AIM recently came out to replace the damaged cellular shade. We decided to have AIM supply the shade for our outdoor deck. AIM was not the cheapest, but the quality is very apparent. I don't need to add drapes as my cellular shades look so elegant. As far as customer service goes, we would reach out to Kevin to get updates on our order (I mean often) and Kevin was very responsive with each request and was honest. Overall, our experience with AIM Home is AWESOME and would definitely recommend them. I give their customer service a 10 and quality of product and 10! Our whole experience with AIM was awesome!! We bought a home that had minimal coverage/privacy on the patio door. Kevin came out a few times- first to go over our options and then again after we decided what color we wanted. Always punctual, polite, not pushy/aggressive, and never rushed us. Fast forward to a few months later: Marc, Graeme, and Nate came to install and it looks great!! They were also punctual, did great at calculating exactly where to install, cleaned up the minimal mess with their own vacuum, and were overall very polite. I would give them 10 stars if I could!!
