I have to give Marci Muir and Roberts Drapery a 1 star review. Marci obviously does not care about…read moreher customers and I can give three very specific examples as to why I would not recommend her to anyone. 1) My original appointment was set for a Monday and she never showed up! Upon calling her an hour after the appointment was scheduled she simply said she had forgotten and we had to reschedule. 2) After finally making it out to my apartment (without fabrics, mind you) and taking a look around she said she would contact me back in a couple of days. I let THREE WEEKS go by before calling her and she said that she is NO LONGER working in home sales and she would refer me to someone else in the company. I ended the phone call with her repeating three times "I expect to hear from your associate tomorrow". 3) Apparently she never spoke to her associate about this and I haven't heard back in 4 days. This company has been nothing but a complete waste of my time and obviously they don't respect their customers enough to keep them informed of what is going on. Unless you're looking for a headache, stay away from Marci and Roberts Drapery.

A few months later i realized that attaching the awning under the eaves resulted in the awning being to low when it was fully extended. Their crew for a came back and said he could install brackets on our roof giving the awning plenty of clearance. This totally corrected the low clearance issue. The awning I installed is their commercial level quality because of the size. We love the awning and feel the awning is perfect for these high wind areas because when retracted you do not have to worry about it blowing away. Service has been great .and the awning has worked perfectly.

Amber has been so helpful throughout the process with answering questions and providing ideas and her input. Bethany and I haven't ever done a remodel before and it was very overwhelming at first trying to make so many decisions, but Amber made it easy and simplified things significantly. She and Kat have an eye for what looks good and are up on the current trends. The design process was very smooth and straightforward. Valdek did a great job on the install and has been back a few times to tweak things and to follow up on some minor warranty issues with the cabinets. They handled all of the dealing with the manufacturer. Our countertops are great. No more tile counters! All in all, a kitchen remodel is a difficult process that takes weeks of not having a proper kitchen, but we're thrilled with how our kitchen looks and feels now.

I requested a quote via their website and within a day, received a call (and follow-up text) to schedule my free in-home consultation. At no point during the entire process was there a "hard sell" or any other pressure to make a decision. My consultant, Suzanne, was very personable, knowledgeable and patient with me, which was a huge plus, as I had never bought window coverings and was somewhat overwhelmed by my options. I was grateful for her help! Ordering was very straightforward and there were no hidden fees or other charges that might otherwise have caught me by surprise. My shades took several weeks to come in, as they're all custom-made, but the installation took place shortly after they were received. The installer arrived at my home right on time and was incredibly friendly, had everything he needed, worked quickly, and cleaned up after himself. He also took my old blinds with him, so that I didn't need to worry about disposing of my old window coverings myself. We did come to find that one shade was several inches too short but the installer immediately contacted RMS&S and the situation was remedied very quickly. I appreciated that Suzanne contacted me once she found out about the error to assure me that the issue was being handled (which it absolutely was). I can't recommend RMS&S enough and would use them again should the need ever arise.
