It happened to me, and I read numerous online reviews about the same thing with other patients. They coded my insurance claim incorrectly and inaccurately, as Specialist instead of what it should have been, Mental Health. This led them to bill me for an incorrectly high co-pay. After months of having to call them (they refuse to help), finally someone in the corporate office admitted the claim was submitted incorrectly and they issued me a refund. But now, months later, they are billing me again, for the original incorrect amount. Every time I call the office, they refuse to do anything to correct their mistake. I've seen numerous other people experience the same billing "mistakes" that I did - it seems that something very intentional and very nefarious is occurring in this company's billing department. It's not surprising, considering how many lawsuits they've had to settle with patients about billing fraud and data breaches. This is the absolute worst private equity-run healthcare has to offer, and they should not be allowed to prey on vulnerable people experiencing mental illness the way they do. Shame on Mindpath.

I love that she uses multiple energy healing modalities. In the first visit she released "entities" that were stored in my neck and back. I could literally feel the release and realized later that I didn't want/need to pop my neck or roll out my back every day to release pain & tension! My posture has also improved with this release. She's helped to clear trauma, release heart wall and other stored emotions, along with guidance for how to talk to others in specific scenarios in my life to move forward. All group members are supportive of one another giving feedback honestly yet respectfully. The diversity of the group adds to its strength. Having members of different ages and backgrounds allows for a wealth of insights as well as discovering commonalities. The one major thing I have learned about myself is, feeling overwhelmed and or anxious lead me to drink alcohol. Going forward, I will either group myself or use the HALT method to get me through. Aside from this I have learned creating balance in my life will help me remain sober. I had to pay $25 to ask medical questions. Her answers were always to suggest something I was already taking or something I had already told her I couldn't take as if my chart wasn't even checked. I did not find her care 'integrative'. There was no talk of mind, spirit, or nervous system regulation. No checking with symptoms.
