My favorites were the liempo baboy and liempo manok, the pork was tender and juicy with a crispy outside, and the chicken was flavorful and perfectly cooked. The sinigang was tasty, and while the bangus was good, I wished it was a little crispier. The pork sweet and sour had a nice flavor but didn't have much meat compared to the sauce. Overall, I'd definitely recommend Ramboy's, but if you're dining with a big group, expect to wait a bit for your food.

Anyway, the way this is set-up is like the public market, only you pick the restaurant that represents and order whatever you like. Tonight's specialty is everything grilled: pork that was marinated several ways of either sweet, the other might be sweet and tangy, same with the chicken, fresh seafoods that are lightly seasoned with just salt then straight to grilling, and last but not the least- roasted pig chopped in big mouthful pieces to enjoy. You may order beers and other cold soda pops once your food arrives after they are cooked. Every customer is assigned a table with number and they determine your orders by this number. Everything grilled as we all know are very yummy. This is an outdoor activity food eating. It means tables and chairs are lined up across the blocked roads that stretches up to at least 3 blocks of what we know it in the US. It seemed like a free for all, just grab what you want and give it to them to cook for you. Somehow they magically know which plate belongs to which table and they'll bring it out to you once everything is all cooked. Luckily I was with Matias experts so they knew all the ropes! Don't expect anything fancy, it's literally just some good ol fashioned home style bbq with classic vinegar and soy sauce. Everything was delicious but the chicken was probably my favorite. So tender! Don't forget the puso, or hanging rice either! Add on a mango shake, you won't regret it. We had almost a dozen different mango shakes during our stay in the Philippines and this one was easily in my top 3 favorites.
