DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE!! This was literally the worst experience I've ever had with a "professional" driver. From even initially booking the limo, to confirming the trip to being picked up, the ride itself and the drop off- everything and everyone involved including the manager Yani and the driver who refused to tell us his name- were unprofessional and the worst service I've ever had. I initially booked the limo with the manger Yani over the phone whose English was not great. Neither was the drivers. We scheduled the limo to pick us up at 10 PM at a Christmas Eve party and organized it to drive us home (~30 min). The driver counsel find us, sent emails in caps lock yelling at us that we were unorganized, asking for the correct address, when we had already given it to him...keep in mind he was also calling/emailing us 20-30 min early when no one was ready to leave yet as we had scheduled the ride for 10 PM. I had to walk all the way to a different address in the snow because they climber fifure out where to pick us up then he wouldn't even come up to the house because it was in an alley so my family and I (9 of us including a small child) had to carry all of our presents in the snow to a different house so that we could access the limo. The driver had a terrible attitude throwing our gifts carelessly in the trunk. His English was not good either. We asked out how to play music and he huffed and puffed as if we were annoying him (what did we pay for???). Then we start driving and we notice we're a few blocks away from our home in the city and the limo just stops in the middle of the street. There's a speed bump and said the limo can't go over it. We said ok fine, but we are 4-5 blocks from our destination, have tons of stuff to carry and don't want to walk in the snow. He told us to get out, came around to my door, opened it aggressively and all my stuff fell out of my purse, my Christmas gift that was a candle broke all over the street, he continued to yell get out to my whole family. My son started crying saying he was terrified and scared of the driver who kept yelling at us. We suggested he take us a different route where there were no speed bumps to get us closer to the destination, he REFUSED. We asked to speak to his manager who we spoke to on the phone, YANI again who wouldn't give us his last name nor his drivers first or last name. The whole thing was SO SKETCHY!!! Half us of, cold and tired, decided to get out and just walk the few blocks with all our gifts and the other half still try to deal with this driver. My sister cut her whole hand open on the candle that the driver broke by opening up the door and ordering us out of the limo in the middle of the street. As she's bleeding the driver continues to order the rest of us out, slams the door on her bleeding everywhere and finally leaves half my family in the snow to walk home. We will be filing a formal complaint and demanding our $200 back. This company ruined our Christmas Eve. DO NOT USE. read more

The service was excellent, but watch your wallet. If you ask for travel to and from an event, they will attempt to convince you to take an hourly rate, and then bill you hourly for the entirety of the event between first pickup and last dropoff. I have no complaints about their service, but you can get equal service at a dozen other companies in town without double checking whether you are being cheated. read more

I had one good experience with AIBG Limo taking me to the airport but a horrible and dishonest experience on the return reservation. After accepting cash payment on the first trip and sending an email confirmation that the return also would be cash, the company charged my credit card several hours ahead of the pickup. Owner acknowleged the error and agreed to reverse the charge 2-3 days later if I paid him cash. I told him I needed proof of the charge reversal before I could pay him cash so that it would be better to keep the credit card charge but that I was disappointed his error was going to cost both of us credit card processing. He responded by cancelling the reserved transportation at the last minute and has not reversed the charge, leaving me with no transportation from airport at midnight and a charge to dispute with credit card company. read more

FYI These guys also go by chicagolimo.com So, I needed a transfer from downtown Chicago to the 'burbs for the family and I. We've been gone for 10 days and are travelling heavy so I seek out a van service. I find these guys and request a van. A fast callback and the guy says, "how about a Lincoln Navigator?" I say, I don't know, is the large one, and he says yes it is a Navigator L. I say "that will be OK, because we have a TON of luggage" (and I have a one as well, we used it to get to the airport, so I know our luggage will fit and have room for us. All is well, a comfortable ride awaits us the next day. Well, not so much. The next day I go outside the hotel and see a stretch Towncar. That can't be for me, I needed an SUV. The doorman checks - yup it is there for us. I explain to the driver that he is supposed to have an SUV. Of course he knows nothing. We're pressed for time - I have an hour to get where I need to go - so reluctantly the luggage gets loaded. Filled the trunk, filled the passenger seat, and now they're loading it into the back seat of the limo. The whole process takes way too long as things are shoehorned where they don't belong. In the wake of the recent fire in San Fran where the wedding party burned to death, blocking the doors - the only way out - with luggage seemed like a really bad idea. So away we go, let's just hope we get there safe and I'll take it up with the company as the driver isn't empowered to do anything. The car itself wasn't good, either- rust down the rocker panels on both sides... not a young car. Inside, there were electronics on the back deck below the rear windows, and the speakers were in a constant pulsating buzz. So, 45 minutes later we arrive, and I suggest to the driver that the car wasn't what it was supposed to be, and suggested a discount was in order. Of course, he can't do that, but calls in. I tell him that I ordered an SUV, he says he "upgraded" me to a 10 pass limo. I tell him that it could have been a 20 passenger, the reasons I was looking for a van - and ultimately accepted a Navigator was for luggage capacity, not people. The SUV was a perfect match. A towncar, short or long, wasn't the right choice. He refuses to do anything and tells me he upgraded me and I should be happy. Nope. So, I wish I took pictures of the car to share the condition, but I didn't. I would have been really disappointed if I ordered a stretch towncar and got this vehicle. But beware, these guys will send what they want, not what you need. read more

I ordered a Town car for a trip to O'hare for wife and son. The AIBG website (AIBG.us) states a town car will hold three people and 7 pieces of luggage. They had two suit cases and two carry on bags plus a snowboard. The snow board was put in front passenger seat. The driver Angie could not get more than one suitcase and one carry on in the trunk. After 15 futile minutes of trying to make them fit, I finally wound up having to drive them myself. The dispatcher then billed me $65 for a car that was misrepresented on their website. He denied the website stated 3 passengers and 7 pieces of luggage repeatedly.When I questioned the charge he was rude and uncooperative! I left it at reverse the charge or I will never use their service again, even though I had used it several times in the past. He refused to reverse the charge, so AIBG has lost my business for good. One star is too high a rating!! read more

I ordered a pick up from Ohare for a guest. They knew the pick up was a guest and and without my authorization, ordered a return trip. Despite canceling the trip via a phone call and email, they went a head and did it anyways. This company is shady with their sneaky sales tactics. Other services will make sure they have your authorization first. I will never use this company again. read more

Awful customer service. The unprofessional communication I experienced via email was terrible. Then when I needed to cancel the service, they refused to give me my deposit back even though their policy states you received no penalties up to 14 days before the service (which I let them know more than a month in advance). When trying to discuss this, the customer representative simply ignored the policy and started making excuses and then soon after stopped communicating altogether. Disgusted. read more

After using limo services for over 25 years, everyone has their good and bad. Our trip was a 1 1/2 hour trip. A couple major issues : car was dirty. When we arrived to the wedding and the men got out their jackets, 2 out of 3 had red/pink stains on their jackets in multiple places. It looked like pink frosting which made sense since the driver was removing a car seat when he picked us up. Totally unacceptable. Also the front seat was broken so the lucky person sitting there had to sit in a totally 90+ degree angle for 90 minutes. Driver was nice but on the way home was definitely fighting exhaustion has he wove thru lanes and changed speeds. Had the limo company had any care or concern when I called the next day, this review would not be here. But their response was....oh, sorry. Not recommended. We paid almost $400 for this. Limo to the airport was nice. The one home looked like there was a party in it the night before then not cleaned. Ripped seams in the trim, lip stick marks on the glasses, knobs missing on the radio. They also forgot about the baby seat we ordered for the ride home and tryed saying I didn't order one even though it was on my confirmation e-mail. Guess they are hit and miss. I called several places for a 2-stop pick-up to O'Hare. Got a quote from Yani and booked it. I guess it wasn't necessary for him to let me know the extra surcharges, built-in gratuity and airport tax that added $21.00 to my bill. I got that email the day before my trip. That gave me a sour taste in my mouth. The driver that came to pick us up didn't speak to us and didn't even have a GPS! WE had to give him turn-by-turn directions to the 2nd stop AND to O'Hare!!! This limo service is a RIP OFF! We had specifically requested a big vehicle due to our big family and two small children. We get a regular old broke down outdated limo. Traveling is already anxiety ridden as it is so I would expect a ride to airport with ease. We could not get radio going and driver did not help us. ( honestly we believe he just turned radio off on us) Next, I put privacy window up and he had the nerve to put it down right away. And just gave us a look through the rear view mirror. We had hot coke and hot water bottles. NO ICE! It was an awkward drive to Ohare! Not what we expected and especially for what I paid. I called to complain and person on phone didn't seem concerned. No apologies. He also tried to charge us more for pick up at airport. WTH.. we cancelled! But needed to post this because this company is not legit. read more

I reserved a sprint for a girls trip for six each of us had 1 large piece of luggage and some had a bag. The pick up was fine no problem, the vehicle that we reserved picked us up. When we returned back to Chicago 6 days later a very old limo with no air working picked us up. The vehicle was filthy and smelly inside.We had to put our luggage in the car with us. The trunk could only hold 2 large pieces of luggage.We all had to ride in a hot smelly vehicle with flies flying in and dirty. I called the office and was told I could not get a refund. The customer service was so awful. I was hollered at several times. I was told I would get a discount next time. There will never be a next time. This was so embarrassing. OVERCHARGED- I was quoted $68 for my trip to the airport. it was late the night before when i booked so i saw the email confirmation come through and went to sleep thinking I was good to go. I should have read it. When the driver had me sign for the charge, it was tacked with some outrageous fees. They are listed below exactly as they appeared. Flat Rate $68.00 Std Grat 20.00% $13.60 Fuel Surch 5.00% $3.40 STC Surch 7.00% $5.71 Reservation Total: $90.71 Payments/Deposits: $0.00 Authorizations: $0.00 Total Due: $90.71 How can you expected to quote someone at $68 and in reality charge them 33% more?? We used this company twice this summer! First time was 7 people with luggage that fit perfectly in the limo. Second time was 4 people with more luggage. More than enough space. Service was prompt, courteous and clean both to and from the airport! No hassles. It was a great experience. read more

I am new to this region (1 year) and have used this service several times. In fairness, the drivers have never been late, but I have caught them several times charging me "holiday fee" when there was no holiday. CHECK YOUR QUOTE line by line. Second, they automatically add a gratuity. I did not know this until today but Yani is a driver as well as the owner and I have had multiple problems with him. If i had known he was the owner, I would have stopped using him months ago. He became angry and wouldn't unlock the door for me to get out when I gave him a cash gratuity (my first time). Last night, he literally started yelling at me telling me he had been waiting at the pickup outside of O'Hare. I had been outside waiting for at least 10 minutes and literally watched him pull up before he made the call. This guy is out of control. I won't use them again. read more

Had a great experience. We were picked up 5 minutes after calling. We were picked.up in a Yukon, very clean inside and out. Driver was very nice and friendly. He was very patient as I Installed my daughter's car seat. Even reminded me of seat warmers as it was very cold outside. Gratuity is included in price which was convenient for us. It is my birthday, waiting with my husband after a great night out in downtown chicago. Had a confirmation call for the limo at 7 pm to pick us up at 11 pm. 11 pm comes 11:15 and so on. My husband calls four times and is hung up on each time after lying and saying the driver has arrived. Realizing the year have completely screwed us, we hike it back to the train station. 40 minutes later the driver text to tell us he arrived to pick us up, almost an hour late, and after his boss said he was already there. Too add insult to injury we are waiting on the train and realize the company charged us for a pick up that never happened and we told them to cancel. So on my birthday dinner night, we are stuck on a train, getting home 3 hours later than thought, and looking forward ti talking to the credit card company tomorrow ti dispute the charge. They are slimy cons and under no circumstances should ever be trusted. read more

I made the reservation a month in advance , I confirmed it 4 hours before the 11pm pick up , and they never showed! Prompt professional huge limo vans that fit all 10 of us with 29 bags!!! Yes 29! Driver arrived early for our ride to ORD and loaded all of our bags! Upon return to ORD we claimed our bags and called. Dispatch said to wait inside for driver and in 8 minutes she arrived. Loaded us all back up and safely drove us home in a warm comfortable clean van. Great service - will call on them again for sure! read more

I was a bit unsure to try this company based on the reviews but they really impressed me. I called after receiving our baggage at Ohare. They told me what door to go out, the license plate number and to wait inside because it was so cold. It took about 10 minutes from the time we got our baggage to driver arriving. We had lots of heavy luggage and a dog and cat. The driver was pleasant and helpful with everything. I would try them again. read more

Terrible business to deal with. Three different calls three different stories and prices. Initial call on 02/18/2016, and e-mail quote. I was given a price of $75. When I called back on 02/22/2016 I was given a price of $95 and was told they would not honor my quote from 4 days earlier. After some negotiating I was able to get the $75 price and was given a total of $100.12 with no gratuity. On 02/26/2016 I receive my final confirmation and it shows a total of $145.41. When I call I am told that the original prices were mistakes that they entered the wrong pick-up town. LIES. The original quote (for $75) shows the correct pick-up town. They would not honor their previous prices. 50% increase out of nowhere and without any warning. Stay away from this company and their shady business practices. I would be more inclined to accept a deal from a driver in an alley than this company. read more

I wish you could give a company less than one star. I tried to book reservations to drive us and pick us up from the airport. I gave them the flight times and departure/arrival times. They were wrong on our confirmations. I tried to email to correct the situation, but they kept insisting that I was wrong about the times my flights were leaving and returning. They yelled at me on the phone while I was booking the reservation, and they barely spoke english. I called this limo service to get a ride from the airport to my home. I asked them to provide a carseat as I have a baby. When they get there, the carseat was not installed, it was just thrown in the back of the seat, and worse - it was BROKEN! the straps were not attached to the carseat. The driver had no idea how to fix it or install it. This was the entire reason I booked this service, because it says on the website "carseats available." What it should have said, is "broken carseats available to fix and install by yourself." I obviously refused to take this car as the carseat did not work, and I was not going to pay for what was not promised. I called to complain and the person on the other end of the phone proceeded to tell me that I was going to be charged for not taking the car and then hung up on me. I called back, and he hung up on me again. This is the most unprofessional service I have ever encountered and encourage you to look elsewhere for a car service. read more

Don't use this company!! They are CROOKS!! My husband used them for round trip transportation to our Son's Navy graduation from O'Hare. His return was during the Air Traffic problem on 9/26/14 when an Air Traffic Control employee started a fire which shut down all outbound flights from O'Hare & Midway Airports. Unfortunately, because we were on the Navy Base with no access to TV or other news, we didn't find out until shortly before our pickup that the flight had been cancelled. When I called AIBG Limo to let them know, they said "too bad, you didn't cancel so we're going to charge you". The said if we wanted to be picked up for the new flight the following Sunday, we would have to pay again. I declined!! Like they didn't know all flights out of O'Hare had been cancelled. I was assisted by Ivan when I called to confirm car service - I am the Executive Assistant to an International CEO. He had a sudden trip from South Carolina to Chicago - up and back in a day so I opted for a car service. I am always nervous when I blindly have to make reservations for my CEO in a area I normally do not do business. When Ivan answered the phone he was so incredible. Helped me with all my questions, even kept an eye on the weather for me. Chicago was experiencing a winter storm. When my CEO arrived at the airport his driver was there on time, took him to his destination - waited for him while he attended the 2 hour event I had flown him to Chicago for, then drove him back to the airport for his evening flight. I was so very impressed that once the driver dropped my CEO back at the airport for his return flight Ivan actually called me to let me know all was completed and my executive was safely back at the airport. That was above and beyond what is expected. Ivan knew I was nervous about my CEO getting to and from his event so he took the time to call me and let me know all went as planned. I will certainly use this car service for any and all future events I have in the Chicago area. They gained a customer for life with me and my Executive Team.
