I explained clearly to the hair stylist what I wanted and what my son wanted. It' was not that demanding of a style of cut. Longer on the front and shorter on the back with a 1.5 on the sides with a light fade all around the head and square off the neck line. I explained my self in clear detail but what the out come was sad. The front was uneven and shorter than the back and It looked as if my 9 year old son was in boot camp in the marines. I explained that to the hair stylist I did not want a military type hair cut. Well that's what we got with the nice surprise of bowl cut and not able to style the front like i requested. All I saw was my sons eyes tearing up and red he was holding in his crying and I told the stylist, man that's really short and he looks like he about to get off the bus at boot camp. She sad nothing and continued with the clean up. I felt sooo bad that i expressed that he can wear his hat to school until his hair grew back. Man this is the third time this happened. Please for the sake of other customers explain to The staff to u see stand when they are rushing and just give a solid goofy haircut even to a kid it affects his personal self worth with his pears. I had a great stylist she is a manger there and she was awesome. Any hoo think I'm going to have to take a break from sports clips until further notice.

Or in the very beginning said this is out of my ability and said he couldn't do it, which I would have respected. I ended up stopping him. over the two years I wanted to give my business to a small shop and support them. I know now I will never be back. letting people know by this honest review if they get a haircut from him it has to be basic and it will be mediocre. now looking back over the time I got my haircut by him. I remember I went somewhere else once and they asked who cut my hair cause it was jacked up. I didn't want to listen because I thought he was just trying to get my business. Now I believe him. the part that sucked the most is it took months for me to grow my hair out to get this haircut now I have to shave it because how bad it is. right before my birthday. nor did he apologize or make things better he didn't say a word after telling him my hair was ruined. still paid for my haircut and left. I will never be back. shows me that he doesn't care to keep his reliable customers or keep them happy And coming back.

Beware they may make decisions you don't agree with: My barber took more than an inch off the length of my sideburns without even asking. - All the prices listed on the website for this location are for student barbers, so I expected a haircut to cost $14. But many haircuts are actually not done by students, so you're hit with a $35 charge instead. - The icing on the cake is when you pay, the MINIMUM tip option that comes up on the screen is 30%.
